Great service! I have used Stanford many times over the past years and they have always impressed us. This project involved, deep cleaning some floors and removing pet odors. They came back multiple times to make sure we were happy with the end result. Highly recommend. Very good local established And reputable contractor.

Fast response and clean up from water damage due to tub supply line leak while out of town for several days. Flooring removal with partial drywall removal for complete drying out of every area on 3 floors affected. Everyone was courteous and diligent to complete the job while caring for our home with complete clean up and equipment removal. We were sooo glad we called Stanford Restoration!

We don't even know where to begin. I'm 72 years old and in all my years I have never dealt with an organization like Stanford Restoration. They handed a very difficult situation seamlessly. Every employee that we had the pleasure of dealing with from the owners to the technicians treated us with respect,understanding and compassion. We felt like we were dealing with our own family. The workmanship was excellent and all issues were taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. If you ever need a restoration service I can't recommend them enough. It was our pleasure to have had you as our restoration company. Our heartfelt thanks to all of you there.

We have specialty stone in our home. We called Stanford Restoration to clean it and WOW! The floors look awesome! They also cleaned our sofa. I highly recommend Stanford Cleaning! The office team, Kelly and Alexis were able to fit us in the schedule quickly and the techs got everything done in one day.

I’d recommend them to clean it up, but not repair. They got paint on the walls, mud all over the floors and when I mentioned the cracked paint on the ceiling, they told me they did that for free. Not friendly at all and bad communication. I had to constantly ask what was going on and when they were coming to finish. Basically I’m paying them $4k so I can have someone else come to clean up the mess they made and redo the ceiling in the living room. Not at all worth the money!! Response: If only the paint were just on the floors....there is paint on the walls and countertops. The painters (unlike the water damage cleanup) didn't put down the proper coverings...or put them down after they had already started. The painters made the whole experience a nightmare. I was originally told the project would take 2 days, but it took almost 2 weeks because we were waiting on the restoration people.

My friend’s tile and grout were disgusting, Stanford Restoration came out and did all the tile and grout cleaning throughout the home. We are amazed at how good it looks! Great job Stanford Restoration! Kelly and Alexis were so easy to work with to get this done.

The techs were on time, professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets. Kelly in the office was efficient and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend Stanford Restoration for any carpet cleaning needs
