I live in Maryland Heights Missouri and recently experienced water damage in the basement of my residence. A crew of 3 arrived on time, 5 July 2025, as scheduled and immediately began cleanup work. This crew consisted of Devin, Anthony, and Demarcus. They worked Saturday and Sunday, arriving early morning and departing about 2:00 PM each day. They did an excellent job of cleaning the basement, removing damaged drywall, and hauling and disposing of damaged items. This team was prompt, courteous and made good use of their time at my residence. On Monday, a different crew led by Mark showed up to remove bathroom fixtures and continue the cleanup process. It took about 7 days to complete cleanup and dry out of the basement, which is within the period of time they estimated it would take to complete this job. Reconstruction work can now begin. Both these crews performed their job exceptionally well, particularly the team lead Devin who was always accessible to address any questions and concerns. My sincere thanks to all of them. I highly recommend this company.

Recently, we experienced significant water damage in our basement. St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration was assigned by our homeowners insurance to handle our pack out which entailed removing, cleaning, sanitizing, and storing our furniture and other personal contents in their warehouse so that the basement drywall and flooring (carpet and tile) could be removed for restoration and reconstruction. We have to say that our experience with St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration was incredibly positive. The initial meeting at our home with Shelly, the project manager for the pack-out, and Tim, the renovation construction manager. They did a walk through of my basement and gave me an overview of the pack-out process. Shelly and the insurance adjuster, Jessica, were very reassuring and patiently answered my questions and concerns. Tim was also nice and helpful and took pictures and measurements of the basement for the reconstruction quote. Devin was the onsite leader of the contents removal crew, and he was top notch. He was very patient, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. His crew consisted of Anthony, Damarkys, Logan, Alex, and Jake. Each day, they were prompt, professional, and prepared. They took great care in setting up plastic containment barriers for our unaffected living areas and putting down RAM board to protect our floors and walls from accidental damage and to limit cross contamination. Devin was also attentive to his crew, ensuring that they were organized and that they took proper breaks. They took great care when packing our personal items, and they were very respectful of our home. We have not received our contents back yet due to pending reconstruction of the basement, but we trust that part of the process will go smoothly as well. We would definitely recommend them based on our experience thus far!

St Louis Cleaning and Restoration did a good job cleaning up water damage from a backup in my house. I would give them a 5, except they cut the foam pad from under my carpet in 3 rooms, where it got wet and didn't tell me, not a huge deal but I like to know what's happening. Communication is key for me. They were pleasant and professional.

We had a little water disaster. The insurance company's Contractor Connection put us in touch with St. Louis Cleaning and Restoration, who got on site immediately, assessed the problem, and started the drying process/mitigation immediately. It took a while to get new cabinets in -- special orders and all -- but as soon as they arrived the gang put our house back together better than it was before and worked with the insurance company to nail the estimated budget. I hopefully never face this sort of situation again, but if I did I'd give Kevin, Jake, and the gang over there a yell.
