The Flood Team crew arrives on time, professionally extracts the water, dry’s everything thoroughly, and handles the drywall repairs with care. They even help coordinate with your insurance. They really take the stress out of a nightmare situation. Highly recommend for any water damage restoration needs.

I would not trust The Flood Team in my own home and would steer anyone I care about away from them. I’m not saying all of their 5 star reviews are fake, but I can point out several of them that are done by employees people they hire for marketing. Also not saying they will do a bad job for you, but if you have a problem - and they have a lot of them, good luck. They’ll just blame it on you, and deflect any and all responsibility. Anything to avoid accountability. Tons of internal chaos, and leadership that changes direction constantly. Focuses on trying to "change the industry" rather than create foundational success. See owners defensive response - rather than offer to fix their problem, they continuously evade it and put it back on those who were affected by it. To clarify on ownership’s claim that I am not a customer: it’s funny, because I can count at least 3-4 "five star reviews" that vividly describe their amazing experience with The Flood Team from start to finish, by individuals who are vendors of theirs or employees of the company, with The Flood Team graciously responding about how happy they were to "help them out in a their time of need. As far as my own, real-life nightmare is an experience - I absolutely am a customer, I paid for a "turnkey system" that they still advertise on their website as an investment that can make you a multi-millionaire within 18 months. The owners have tried everything, not "Google", to remove my review of my honest and true experience with The Flood Team. At this point I’ve lost faith in this company taking responsibility for their actions and making things right for myself and my family. My only hope now is that they don’t leave any other clients hanging like this while they count their money.

The Flood team did a very good job for the mitigation. We did not have any issue after the job was done. Blake gave an estimate, and final price was the same. We had another company estimated, and told us a loose estimate, may be more after the job is done and we have to sign that agreement. We didn't like that. Blake responded very quick and came in a few days after we signed the contract. He kept his words about days when he will be at the house. The other company told us at least a week or more. Blake's estimate was reasonable compared to the other company. He also gave us some knowledge about things which are covered under our insurance. I highly recommend him and the flood team. We will use them again if needed in the future.

I would not trust this company as a business partner, refer them to anyone I care about, or hire them. Now I see more positive reviews done by vendors they work with, this should tell you the kind of company The Flood Team is. They continuously attempt to silence me and bury my experience by trying to have my review removed. I invested in The Flood Team as a franchise owner, and it proved to be a horrible decision. I went into this in good faith, believing what I was told — that this was a turnkey system, tested, proven, and ready to scale. What I found instead was a work-in-progress with no real structure, constantly changing ideas, broken tech, and little to no support when things actually went wrong. Leadership changed focus constantly, and was easily distracted by shiny objects like billboards that spray water or trying to get an app off the ground that was always in progress, rather than actually help their first real franchise succeed. It always felt like I was trying to figure everything out on my own. The "systems" they talked about were still being built, the marketing kept changing, and the app they kept promising never actually worked the way they said it would. Nothing about it felt turnkey or ready to hand off to franchisees. I tried to raise concerns or ask for help, there was no accountability — it felt like I was being blamed for their broken systems. Relaying "expectations" I failed to meet, well after it was clear their "business model" was a failure. I invested money, time, and trust into this. I followed their guidance, worked hard, and waited for the support I was promised. It just never came. I’m still hopeful they’ll eventually make it right — not because I expect it, but because that’s what a good company would do. Based on my experience, I would just tell people to do their homework. Their website still promotes this as a "great investment" and makes big earnings claims, while some locations listed appear to be closed.

The Flood team was amazing! Dan made all of our worries and problems go away on that gloomy day along with a great team! They put Service Master to shame in my book. We had back up in 2022 and we used SM. The Flood Team out did them to shame and when they left we were beyond happy!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were amazing to work with! Quick to the job and took me through next steps simply and effectively. Overall made the experience a lot less stressful than you would think given the circumstances.
