ASAP restoration team deserves 10 stars!! I had severe monsoon damage to my roof that leaked into two floors of my house, it was awful. ASAP came out late at night to begin the inspection and remove water logged drywall and put up dehumidifiers. They were so communicative with every step of the process, two weeks tops to complete the drying and demo and reinstall of drywall and paint and roof repairs. The rockstars I had consistent interaction and contact with were: Paige, Brandon, Geoff, Dennis, Josh, Jennifer Thanks again ASAP for returning my house back to tip top shape!! I've already recommended them to my neighbors and friends who also had monsoon damage.

Came back from vacation to find standing water covering about 3/4 of my house. I immediately called a plumbing company who said they’d be out in about 45 minutes. To my surprise, before the plumber even arrived, a restoration company I had never contacted showed up with two trucks and four techs—claiming they were dispatched by the insurance company’s "water mitigation division." We never even told the plumber who our insurance provider was, so the whole thing felt vague and suspicious. Later, I found out the plumber had called them just to collect a $2,000 referral fee. The more research I did, the more I realized how unethical some companies in this industry can be. That’s when I found ASAP Restoration LLC, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. The owner personally came to my house, walked me through the entire process, and made sure everything was handled with honesty and professionalism. From start to finish, ASAP made a stressful situation manageable. They were transparent, responsive, and truly cared about getting my home back to normal. I cannot recommend them enough if you ever find yourself in need of a trustworthy restoration company.

Special thank you to the entire staff at ASAP who helped me during the closing of my house. Just two weeks before closing, the unthinkable happened — water damage. It could have been worse, but I quickly realized the plumber’s referral wasn’t the right fit, as they seemed more focused on profit than service. ASAP stepped in, and I was truly amazed by both the dry-out team and the in-house reconstruction crew. They were honest, professional, and efficient — a group of hardworking men and women who really make things happen ASAP!

After a small garage fire, the smoke smell wouldn’t go away no matter what we tried. The crew came in with professional equipment and within two days the whole house smelled fresh again. They even cleaned the air ducts and explained how the process works. Super happy with the results.

We were in the middle of renovation in our 80yo home when asbestos was found in flooring adhesive in the original kitchen area. Of course everything stopped until we could get remediation done. ASAP came very quickly to provide a quote and completed the work from start to finish in four days. And they gave us the best price. Highly recommend.

ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week. Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.
