We had an unexpected emergency pipe leak under our house that required immediate attention. It was a stressful situation, and we needed help fast. Thankfully, ERC responded quickly and sent a team out right away to assess the damage. They didn't waste any time--they crawled the space, gave a quote, and then were quickly getting started on the cleanup and remediation process. Dante and Juan were incredible. An HVAC contractor found a broken drain pipe while he was inspecting ducting. My plumber recommended Emergency Restoration to remove wet soil, sanitize and apply absorbent before the plumber could work. Robert and Joseph came quickly and gave us a quote for the work to be done. I accepted their quote and they began work right away. In hindsight, the fee seems a bit high after seeing the short amount of time that they worked under the house. When you have such a problem, you can't spend the time getting competitive quotes. Robert and Joseph were very professional and answered my questions. They showed me pictures of the before and after restoration. The next day my plumber was able to safely work in the area.

Our water heater leaked in our new home causing a lot of water damage. ERC was very responsive and was able to come out the same day to assess the damage and provide a quote, they were professional and easy to work with and most importantly were able to address the water damage leveraging their equipment and expertise that prevented us from needing to do any reconstruction to our home.
