I recently had a water damage issue in my home that ruined my bathroom and ceiling and First Call Restoration came to the rescue! The team was incredibly communicative and clearly explained every step of the water mitigation and restoration process so I always knew what to expect. They were very well-organized, clean, respectful, and did exceptional and quick work. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. I am very appreciative to Vahid and his team for helping me out with this stressful situation. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if needed. Truly top-notch service from start to finish!

Great experience with FCR. They repaired a portion of my kitchen damaged from a water leak. Work included replacement of subfloor, portion of sill plate, drywall, cabinetry, and laminate flooring. Eric did all the work including building a solid wood replacement cabinet. Eric was skilled, efficient, communicative, and a real nice guy. Vahid, the project manager, communicated well regarding the status of work and interacted with insurance effectively.

We had a terrible leak from the dining room ceiling and wall and were so happy that First Call Restoration came quickly to assess where the water was coming from. They did such a great job with the water mitigation efforts and working with our insurance company that we used them for the pack out and pack back of all our furniture as well as the repair which included the installation of new flooring throughout our whole house. Vahid and Morty worked tirelessly with a great team of skilled workers. They did not stop until everything was done just perfectly. My wife and I wholly recommend them.
