Remarkable results! Jonathan arrived, assessed the situation and proceeded to remove the most awful smoke and dog smell from a condominium left in the worst condition of any other property I’ve owned since 1988. I tried several other methods and services but Jonathan‘s method worked and worked extremely well. I highly recommend this company.

I called Garcia Plumbing late last night. Jonathan the owner answered the call. He set up an appointment for first thing this morning. When his guy got tied up on an early morning job, Jonathan himself showed up. His guy show up a bit later to assist. My Problem was diagnosed quickly. The repairs were made. Just before leaving we found another problem related to the first problem. Jonathan’s guy stayed an extra three hours to fix the problem to perfection. I couldn’t be happier with Garcia Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Prompt, trustworthy, competent. My 96 year old mother had a clogged toilet and Garcia responded promptly, installing new toilet and some sink piping. Most impressive, when follow-up work was necessary, they did not charge additional (Rossmoor plumbing is ancient, and since problems can be caused anywhere in downstream plumbing, this kind of work is not warrantied). Jonathan, the owner, is professional, considerate, and a man of his word.

They did some work for us a few months ago, drying out from a leak. Everything went well, and they have even been working with us to get the insurance company to help cover the work even we already paid for it up front.
