Kingsley Water Damage & Fire Cleanup

Angel and Dante were awesome! We had a toilet flood our home late on a Sunday. They arrived within the hour and started the remediation process. With frequent check-ins and equipment adjustments, our home was ready for repair in no time. I cannot recommend Kingsley and their team of professionals!

I had water damage in my home which was overwhelming and chaotic. I chose Kingsley based on past reviews and the initial call I made with Jeanne. She was beyond understanding and helpful even if some of my questions didn’t make sense. Teddy, Angel, and Jojo were sent out to my house to set up what seemed like a bunch of equipment, but helped me understand the process and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Dante made a point to come out to my house and answered a bunch more questions I had and helped put me at ease by walking me through the process, the plan, and the "why" behind it all. He checked in with me and my house multiple times. I definitely felt like a priority to them! I was very concerned with my house having possible lingering issues moving forward, but I know they did the job 100% correctly and communicated everything they did along the way. I’m beyond happy I went with Kingsley and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone going through a similar situation. Especially if this is your first time! I didn’t ever feel like a job number or a paycheck. They were all very professional, kind, and personable. 10/10!

From the moment I called Kingsley Water Damage, I felt better about my water heater busting. Kendria, who answered my call, walked me through the whole process; including how I should file with my insurance. And Dante was in constant communication with me once they started the work on my house. They have impeccable customer service. By the end of the whole process, we were all on a first name basis. The company who had to do my renovations spoke very highly of the work that Kingsley completed. I knew that I had made the right choice. Thank you Kingsley!

Angel and Armando have helped us twice with two different issues. 1st they cleaned out our air ducts and then came back a month later for mold remediation in our crawl space under our house. They were efficient, very knowledgeable and now I have peace of mind knowing they took care of the problem. They were super pleasant to work with and we will be using Kingsley for any future issues we have.

Upon discovering a burst water pipe during a new dishwasher installation, we knew we had big problems. Only Kingsley Water Damage Services treated our issue like a true emergency!! They came right out, did the necessary demo, inside our home and under our home and had us drying out immediately!! Yes, immediately!! Dante, Angel and Yaniel are literally our heros!! Dante even arranged for a call with our insurance company, dealt with them directly and saved us some time. These guys checked on us daily until the drying process was complete! I would give them 10 Stars if I could!! We had a pipe burst in our house. Matt was quick to get back to me and sent a crew over right away. Angel and Armando have been with us the entire project. Angel was great at keeping me informed every step of the way and very flexible as different obstacles came up. Jean is in the office and she has been so patient and understanding along with helping me relax while dealing with the insurance company. They did everything they said they were going to do, along with being clean and efficient. The project manager Dante stopped by to do final inspection. Everyone I have dealt with at Kingsley has been incredibly friendly and helpful during a very chaotic and uncertain time. Hopefully we won't need too but I would be happy to work with Kingsley again in the future.

We woke up one Sunday morning and found that the freezer part of my fridge had leaked all over the kitchen floor. I immediately looked up water damage companies and I found Kingsley’s water restoration. I called the number and I got this very professional person at the other end named Jeanne. She told me exactly what needed to be done and contacted the crew of Teddy and Yarnel to come out. They were here within an hour. The project manager Dante first came by to asses the situation. He relayed to the crew what materials they needed to bring. Teddy and Yarnel quickly set up the blowers to dry out the floors. Before they put the blowers on the flooring had to be removed. They worked diligently to remove the wet floor. Teddy told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. For 3 days the blowers were on and each day Dante came by to check the wetness. By the end of the 3 days the blowers were shut off. The water was dried up and then our next step was to have the insurance company check out the damage. The crew had pictures of the before and after and the paperwork was sent to the insurance company. Kendria in the office helped me deal with the insurance end of things. I would very, very highly recommend this company for any water damage and restoration. Jeanne was amazing and the rest of the crew was outstanding!
