Our experience with SERVPRO was great. From calling in to customer service to the job of getting rid of the mold, everyone was extremely professional and polite.

We were put in an unfortunate situation with fire damage making our house unlivable. Julie, Monica and the entire Servpro team were extremely professional, helpful and very detail oriented to make the experience much better. They were open about the timeline we were facing, a detailed outline of what work needed to be done and provided consistent updates with explanations to help us get through the situation we had found ourselves in. I have been using ServPro for years and would never think of using anyone else for my carpet cleaning needs. They are so courteous and take the time to contact you to discuss any cleaning issues they encounter when cleaning area rugs. If you take a stab in the dark to find a carpet/rug cleaning business and have no idea of a good company with integrity and a good reputation, you may be feeling at a loss. Having used SERVPRO myself, I can alleviate your worry. They're a family owned franchise that has exemplary customer service, responding quickly to my request. I had a nail polish stain on my rug and received it back the very next day! The stain was gone and the rug looked brand new. Their work is efficient, they maintain a high level of professionalism and are definitely a trustworthy company.
