ATI Restoration

Let me start by saying this is just my experience with this company! Dylan sounded like a nice guy over the phone! I had an experience that was not pleasant nor professional! They had a task of ripping out 8 peices of sheet rock from my garage. They were scheduled for two days to complete " which is all it should have taken" day one they had two guys at my house and removed 8 pieces of sheet rock, left my garage and driveway a mess! Screws everywhere dust and debris everywhere! Day 2, they hung 8 pieces of sheet rock in an 8 hour day, and did not finish! The guys said they would have to come back in a week and left! My garage and driveway were covered with screws nails and peices of sheet rock! It was the worst installation I have ever seen in my life! I have been in construction all my life! I contacted Dylan and he was very apologetic and assured me that they would make it right! I don’t know what his definition of right is because a week later he and what he described as his best drywall guy showed up and didn’t fix any of the mistakes his guys installed! All he did was fill in the huge gaps with mud and then painted while it was still wet and it made it worse! I’m happy that it’s over and I’ll deal with the garage looking like some high school kids did it! But I warn everyone to watch this company! They don’t do good work and they won’t fulfill promises

Mold mitigation team were amazing. Ivan and Jesus, however, were extremely unprofessional with a major lack of communication. We’ve had good experiences with ATI in the past, but this project was an unpleasant one as soon as Ivan and Jesus took the project over. After 2 months of no progress on the build back and no answers from Jesus for a start date, we stopped their services and have since hired a local company. As you can see in the photos, getting the exposed wires and outlets covered up was not a priority for ATI and keeping my toddler clear of the electrical hazards was getting to be too much. Zero stars

We had a roof leak that affected my bedroom ceiling and walls . It started growing mold in the ceiling . ATI came in and did a amazing job from start to finish . They came in and cut out all the affected areas ,got rid of the mold and replaced the drywall and painted . It looked as good as new after they were done . I would recommend them to anyone that needs those type of jobs .

My experience with ATI was very positive. They provided excellent customer service, good communication and quality work.

The Project Manager from ATI Ruben Santoyo was excellent to work with. He kept me informed, scheduled the techs to come out and begin the mitigation process from the water damage at my home. From Ruben to all the techs who came out made the experience top tier. Thank you Ruben and the entire ATI team.

The mitigation team was professional and efficient. Communications was above and beyond and the entire team was courteous and respectful of my property.

Very professional team. Everyone that came out and everyone I spoke to was great to work with. Quality of work was superb!!
