I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with West Coast Fire and Water. Our crawlspace was flooded due to a broken pipe that was leaking. I had spoken to a different company before West Coast Fire and Water but I chose to go with West Coast Fire and Water because of the communication I had with Mr. Mike Bell. From our initial conversation, where I inquired about a quote to our final conversation once the job was complete and the final payment had to be made, I felt more than satisfied. Mr. Bell was polite, professional and informative throughout the process. I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. Even in knowing what to expect they still exceeded my expectations. This is a wonderful company and I really appreciate the patience Mr. Bell had towards me when answering all of my questions, it was a different experience than the one I had with the first company I spoke with. West Coast Fire and Water recently completed a water damage repair in our home. We decided to do a complete remodel of the kitchen, which included new counters, cabinets, sink, moving the sink which required replumbing, and flooring. We replaced all the flooring in our house, also. Brian and his team came in first and packed everything up and moved everything, including some furniture into the Pod Storage Unit they placed in our driveway and then the demolition started. Brian and his team were very accommodating, professional, and respectful of our property. After this, we met with Victor and he met us at different stores and helped us choose the new cabinets, counters, and flooring. We really appreciated his knowledge and honest opinion on what we were choosing. Once the work began, everything moved along very quickly. We were very fortunate to have Dan, Tomas, Gile, Antonio and Victor working on this remodel. We also really appreciated the work that Geno, one of Victor's subcontractors did. All of the people who worked here were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. Whenever we had a question, or wanted to make a slight change, Victor was very quick to respond and do whatever we needed. We are extremely pleased with how everything went and very happy with how everything looks. We will definitely recommend this company.

After a very traumatic experience with a kitchen fire, Dan Allen and his team made the repairs, and he was truly a joy to work with. He was very communicative and responsive, and he went out of his way to ensure that all of the work was done professionally and up to my standards. I happily recommend them and would give them an additional star if I could!

I recently worked with Gus and his team for both mitigation and demolition services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Half way through the project and so far everything has been awesome. Mike has been super responsive and helped ease my mind when dealing with insurance coverage for the water leak that came from the winter storms. Will update again when construction is complete.
