Sacramento Water Restoration

Had a great experience with First Choice Restoration. They were quick to respond for a free on-site estimate, on a Friday mo. Their project manager Josh was very courteous and patient in assessing my situation, explaining his recommendations and putting together an estimate. I had some questions regarding the estimate which I was able to get quick and sufficient answers about from their field manager Sam. I ended up going with them and am very satisfied. The damage to my house was mitigated due to their quick response and thorough mitigation strategy. Highly recommend!

When my bathroom toilet flooded, I called First Choice Restoration. Josh came right over and showed me exactly where the affected areas under the carpet were and how the flooding would affect the carpet and the walls. He was very thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand and showed me how he could fix it. I would definitely recommend them.

I came home from vacation to a flooded garage due to a bursted water heater... I called First Choice Restoration , Jason the project manager arrived within one hour of my call and gave me an estimate on the spot and had a crew to start working on the garage immediately afterwards, they moved everything out cleaned it and put everything back, They also worked with my insurance company and took pictures of all items that were going to have to be wrote off as a loss - couldn’t ask for better company to do this job, I would highly recommend First Choice Restoration !!
