Although the waterline break on our top floor at 9pm was not what you want, the response from Paul Davis was great. I called, explained the situation and they said someone needs to come tonight. Trina from Paul Davis arrived around 11pm, worked to stop the damage, soaking up water, wiping things down, documenting for insurance, and finally shop vacuumed all water he could. I think he left around 2am. Worked tirelessly until the job was complete. Was very informative of next steps and what to expect. Next, the recovery team came out. Eric and Edwin came every day checking moisture levels and placing equipment where needed arrived on time each day and the one day they got caught on an emergency job, called to let me know they were running late. That type of service is great when you’re trying to juggle everyday life and work along with a horrible water leak. Highly recommend Paul Davis if you ever need such a service. I hope you don’t, but if you do, these guys will make it the best they can!

We used Paul Davis on the recommendation of a tree removal company after a tree fell in our driveway and broke our fence. Paul Davis did not receive the proper approval from our insurance company on their estimate but communicated to us that everything was good to go and began work on getting the tree removed. We also were never told that the funds approved by our insurance company did not include their overhead and profit fee, that we would have to pay ourselves out of pocket. We were repeatedly told everything was approved. Had we been properly informed of all of this, we never would have agreed to use them. After the work was completed, we did not receive a formal invoice from them, just a notice they were sending our bill to collections. We paid their bill only to find out after the fact that all the insurance money we received for the tree removal and fence repair was eaten up on just the tree removal and their fee so we are not able to repair the fence. One could argue we should’ve known to double check certain things before moving forward, but you’d also expect a company like this to help you understand what is happening and do things in the proper way. They are untrustworthy and dishonest and I would never recommend them to anyone.

When damaged occurred to our home we had to temporarily move out which was devastating . We never dreamed we would have to move again. At that same time I just had surgery . As difficult as it was the Contents team made it as bearable as possible! Cheyenne came to our home and explained everything that would happened and talked with us about how she could make it as easy as possible. On the day of the move Cheyenne brought a team with her, each person coming in and introducing their self’s and shaking our hands. We immediately felt connected to the team. This team : Danielle, Georgia and Tino was very kind and considerate of our belongings. Asking us about how we wanted things packed. And one day our friend Jonathan came back from the mitigation team to help with the move and also Morgan which was just as accommodating as the others on the team. See once you meet these people they treat you like family! Although they have a hard job of lifting and moving everything they did it with a smile on their face and a very sweet and kind attitude ! And after the move they assured us they would be back to move us back in when the time came. Thank you Cheyenne ,Danielle,Georgia ,Tino, Morgan and Jonathan! .

So far I am pleased with the repairs that were completed. May I suggest if there is inside painting to be done that the baseboards are included in the estimate; otherwise the baseboards will not be touched. If it is necessary for your furniture to be removed in order for the inside repairs to be done, I suggest that you explore your options with your insurance carrier. When the project manager 1st came to look at the damages to prepare an estimate for my insurance carrier, he mentioned that someone from the contents department would be reaching out to me. So I just assumed that was part of the process. However when I saw the estimate/invoice that was submitted to my insurance carrier (after my furniture was picked up and returned), I was stunned at the cost. Had I known, I would have rented a truck and a storage unit and asked my church family to help me move my few items -- dining area and living room. Two slim ladies and a temp picked up my furniture. Only one slim lady and one gentleman returned my furniture. My sofa and loveseat are heavy, so I asked my grandson to come help on the return.

These guys came in and cleared all the debris from a tree falling through my house. Thoroughly inspected the whole house and got it ready for the construction to start. Very polite crew and was respectful to our home. Very impressed! Decarlos stayed in communication throughout the entire process and was very informative.

I used Paul Davis when my bathroom experienced some water damage. Taylor was extremely helpful and thorough. Couldn't have had a better experience thanka to him and the help of Jonathon as well. Both super pleasant and professional. Give these guys a raise, they were awesome.

Our experience with Paul Davis has been great. Water damage is taken care of. Taylor has been our main contact person. He is honest, thorough and very knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. We also worked with Morgan and Torian and they are great as well.
