Ace Cleaning and Restoration did a great job repairing my home after severe water damage. They were at my home day and night until it was completely dried. My home was restored and repaired professionally. Communication with Ace was excellent during the entire process. I recommend them.

James and Nico arrived right on time and introduced themselves politely and professionally. They cleaned four rooms and a hall in my home and did a fantastic job- the results exceeded my expectations. Both technicians were courteous, efficient and clearly took pride in their work. Short version … Please call Ace immediately if you need restoration services. You won’t regret it. They are simply the best! Long version … My husband and I closed on our new home on Nov. 7, 2022, and just 2 days later on Nov. 9th, the day before we were set to move in, we walked in to a complete nightmare. I always compare what I saw with the scene from the movie Home Alone - where water is just gushing down through the basement. Except our issue wasn’t the "Wet Bandits." Instead a faulty 2nd floor toilet that did not have a "no burst" supply line on it - burst - and water ran through every level, and almost every room of the house overnight. The main level ceiling completely collapsed, and 90% of the house was soaked. Without knowing what to do, I called my real estate agent, who suggested we call a plumber. I then remembered Ace Cleaning and Restoration from a much smaller flood we had in our old house. I called the owner, Kevin, and he sent Ken over within what felt like minutes to diagnose the issue, stop the water flow, put our minds at ease, and start the restoration process. Ken was able to determine that the faulty supply line was the issue, and their team got right to work setting up heaters, dryers, and other equipment to try and save our oak floors. I was extremely nervous about the damage and what it might cost, and how long it would take to essentially rebuild 90% of our brand new house. But Kevin assured me the whole time that he would work with the insurance company and I had nothing to worry about. Unfortunately, our insurance company ended up being very difficult to work with, we jumped through many hoops and various appraisals, but Kevin and his team remained patient, professional and kept their word - that I had nothing to worry about and they would take care of everything. And they did! Our house was completely fixed while we lived in it - basement, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, all completely restored - and honestly I can’t even say "restored to their original condition" because their work was even better than the original condition! I cannot thank the team at Ace enough for helping us through this nightmare. Everyone on their staff was professional and kind, their work was clean and impeccable. I can’t say enough about this company. Although I hope to never work with them again (lol sorry guys!) they provide true peace of mind knowing that whenever an emergency arises and you feel like your entire world is crumbling (or in our case, flooding!), Ace will be there for you. Thank you Kevin, Ken, and the entire Ace crew for picking up the pieces of our home and putting it back together.

I highly recommend ACE cleaning and restoration. Kevin and his highly skilled crew were prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. Also, at fair prices. I had rain water seep into my basement after the latest storm on Long Island and tried to rent a dehumidifier from Home Depot, etc, but nothing was available. ACE has industrial-commercial grade equipment and I already notice a difference in drying time. Everything has been easy and smooth from the first phone call. If you have any water damage from that storm, give them a call! Great company!!
