I recently had to deal with water damage in my home, which required significant drywall repair. I'm so glad I chose Elements of Restoration for the job. From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. The process started with Keith, who handled the initial mitigation. He was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest about the situation and the work that needed to be done. It was reassuring to have someone so competent managing the initial damage control. For the rebuild portion, Jon and his team took over, and they were amazing. They worked closely with me every step of the way, ensuring the repairs were not only up to my standards but also met their own high professional standards. They truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and were extremely trustworthy throughout the entire project. I can't recommend Elements of Restoration highly enough. We have had to call elements of restorations due to a water issue. this company is AMAZING! They truly care about their customers. When I called, they were very quick to send someone out. The gentlemen who worked on our home were so incredibly nice and honest. They answered every question we had and kept us up to date with any next step. They not only are quick to answer the phone, but they are really easy to text to ask any questions. I truly couldn’t ask for anything more from a company. Especially in a stressful situation. I know a lot of companies claim to be customer- focused, but this one truly is. This was our daughter’s room, and they made sure to handle it all so we would not have to worry about her being in any danger. I cannot recommend them enough.

William Young quickly made time for me when I called for an appointment. I had an awful smell in my basement (that my husband and I thought was mold) and we couldn’t locate the source. The guys with Elements, with a lot of hard work and perseverance, located a dead bunny in a sealed off crawl space. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable bill for the service. I would definitely use them again!
