I had a great experience with Viktor when he repaired the water filter housing on my fridge. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently. On top of that, he was polite and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate his expertise and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Victor was prompt, polite, professional, and extremely good at what he does! If you have any issues with your refrigerator, stove or washer/dryer, I highly recommend his services. He called to schedule his visit, called again 30 minutes before arrival and then quickly came in, looked at the fridge and diagnosed the problem (a clogged and frozen water line). He did the work on the spot, carefully disassembling my fridge and freezer as necessary. I also give him credit for being so patient with my dogs, who were obnoxious when he arrived and then were all up in his business trying to "help" him as he worked. He still managed to get the job done in less than 30 minutes, leaving the site cleaner than it was when he arrived. As an extra bonus, on his way out he asked if I needed his help with anything else, so he took a quick look at some of the knobs on my stove (which have been sticking and dysfunctional for months). He carefully tested the burners and knobs, then actually Macgyvered a way to get the knobs working smoothly again ... using nothing but a couple little pieces of wadded up paper! I offered to pay him for the extra project, but there was no charge for the stove magic. Victor takes the term "handyman" to a new level. I will definitely be calling Victor again if I ever need help with my kitchen or laundry appliances!

Amazing, honest guy!!!! Got to give some Google love to him. Called up asked about my refrigerator and why it wasn’t getting cold like normal. Told me to clean my coils and if that didn’t fix it Call and for $65 would come check it out. Thank you!!

Had 3 other appliance companies out to check our dryer. Each had a different diagnosis and finally Victor with Easy Appliance Repair showed up. He was amazing. The dryer is fixed he took the time to show me what was needed and explained in terms that were easy to comprehend. Not only was he knowledgeable. He was nice, he was prompt and very kind and considerate highly highly recommend him if I could give more 5 stars I absolutely would.

Victor was amazingly helpful with our dryer! He was flexible with our schedules, courteous, and checked in multiple times to make sure the dryer was working again. He’s helped us multiple times and I always know we’re going to get prompt and comprehensive service.

Victor easily earned all 5 stars! We have a front load LG washing machine that had the OE error code. I tried cleaning the filter myself a few times but then realized it was thr pump that needed to be replaced. That level of fix is above my comfort level. I called a few other appliance repair companies and got estimates over double what Victor quoted. Victor was able to come out the very next day and was punctual and very polite. While here he answered a few questions about other appliance issues and was very knowledgeable about a dishwasher issue we were having. Save Victor's number now so you dont have to look for it later.
