I have had Act Fast Appliance Repair come to my home twice, and I am very satisfied with their service. Jamie has been the technician I worked with for both visits: one for my washer and another for my dishwasher. I appreciate how courteous and knowledgeable he is about appliances, and he takes the time to explain the issues to me. Today, Jamie fixed a hose under my kitchen sink that wasn't working properly. I recently had a tech out because my freezer wasn't keeping things frozen. He diagnosed the problem and explained that it was the evaporator fan. He told me that the part was discontinued, but we could get it off the secondary market if necessary. He suggested that it might just be frozen, and told me that I should unplug it for 24 hours to see if that's the problem. I followed his tip, and 24 hours later my freezer was freezing again. I only had to pay for the service visit and he took care of my problem.

Elvis was a fabulous repairman. Explained how to avoid future issues with my dishwasher. Definitely recommend this company and particularly ask for Elvis. Great personality too.
