Our refrigerator went out the day after Thanksgiving. We called Appliance Repair Stars and they came that same day. The problem was identified and the parts were ordered. Because there was a possibility of a fire, we were advised to keep the fridge unplugged. I was thankful that they had our safety in mind. We now have a working fridge. Andrii was very helpful. We would recommend their services.

We had such a great experience with Appliance Stars—and especially a big shoutout to SERGEY—when our refrigerator and freezer stopped working. They gave us an appointment the very next day, and Sergey was polite, prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. A replacement part was needed, and they even had it shipped overnight at no extra cost to accommodate us. Sergey went above and beyond by coming in on Saturday, his day off, to complete the repair. Our appliances are now working perfectly thanks to his outstanding service. Highly recommend!

My refrigerator suddenly shut down on Blsck Friday in the midst of cooking a huge delayed Thanksgiving dinner. I was panicked and called 25 vendors . Lucky for me, Applisnce Repair Stars did not hesitate to send Andrea, a kind and knowledgeable technician at 6 pm on Friday. He texted me right away to let me know his arrival time . Andreii was able to easily diagnose a faulty part and assured me it was not necessary to buy a new refrigerator which would have been an unexpected expense. Andreii scheduled a visit for Monday and arrived on time with the part. He placed the part quickly and explained to me how it worked . I called the company who scheduled an appointment right away. The technician(Andrei) was very professional, polite and thorough He ordered the parts that arrived late in the week and even though it was weekend Andrei came in on Sunday and repaired my cooktop and dishwasher. I highly recommend them
