I highly recommend Appliance Repair Doctor!! Chris repaired the water dispenser and icemaker in my refrigerator. I can easily say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a repair person! He was exceptionally honest in explaining the issue to me and took the time to make sure it was done right. In addition, Chris was very responsive, personable and prompt. I would not hesitate to use them again for any appliance repairs.

My dryer stopped working and Omar came out right away. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed the same day. The best ever! Had to replace a microwave and it wouldn’t fit precisely, but Omar knew exactly what to modify and was professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them for repairs. Communication was great. Price was fair and service was outstanding.

I first used Appliance Repair Doctor a couple of times 10 years ago - once for the washing maching and then again for my dishwasher. Both times, I was impressed by their level of service, honesty and fair pricing. I recommended them to anyone needing appliance repair. Just today, I called them again for the same washing machine. Chris came out and couldn't have been more competent, professional and honest. Turned out, nothing was wrong with the washer BUT he could've easily gouged me for a phony repair . Instead, I just paid for the service call which was more than fair. These guys are the best and I can't recommend them highly enough.
