I purchased my system in Aug 2024 unfortunately the sales person that sold me the unit sold me a unit too small for my house. Although my house cooled there were areas of my house that just didn’t cool properly. Which is the reason I purchased a new system in the first place. The unit in the house I newly purchased was old 20 years old but it still worked. I purchased a new system to cool my whole house properly and more cost efficiently. I continued to have issues with the unit and called another HVAC company to check my system. It took the new company less than 10 minutes to tell me my 3.5 ton unit was too small and my home needed a 5- ton. I called ARS and explained my issue. At first I was given the run around and was promised a manager would call. After a few days of waiting for a phone call that didn’t come I called ARS and requested a quote for a new system. They scheduled me an appointment for the same day. The sales representative that came to my home was amazing, thank you so much Lord for sending him to my home. He looked at the unit and noted it was too small for the square footage of my home in 5 minutes. He asked what company sold me the unit because he saw that it was brand new and I told him that it was his company ARS. He immediately called his management. They replaced my unit with a 5-ton in 2 days at no cost. You can feel the difference in the temperature in my house immediately. I still have to get my house zoned because the bonus room upstairs still doesn’t cool properly. They wanted $3600 to zone my house even though I initially paid $9400 for a new unit to fix the cooling issue in the house. Which the initial salesman promised that it would be fixed. The moral of the story is always get several quotes prior to allowing a company to sell you an expensive product. Don’t fall for the promised discount if you sign today and get installed the next day. The salesman that they sent to my house that sold me an inadequate product had only been with company a couple of weeks and quit working there after a month. He should have never been sent to my home due to his lack of experience. This cost me 9 months of issues and several appointments with other HVAC companies and missed days off work.

After rescheduling about 4 or 5 times they finally made it to my house. Although the tech was very nice not to talkative. He came and straight to business. I was a little skeptical because he did everything in less then an hour. I don't know much about AC but everything they said they were going to check and clean it seemed like it would take more then an hour but he finished very fast. When I asked about the coils on the outside unit if he was going to clean them he mentioned they looked pretty clean and there was good airflow now my question is rather it be pretty clean and good airflow I would think you would still clean it seeing this is a service I am paying for. The real kicker was when he finished I asked him about the air filters and if they need to be changed he said very confidently no they are good, I was a little confused seeing that the upstairs filter was missing the filter I had took it out because I was going to go buy one because they were dirty. So with that being said how was the filters good and checked according to the tech and one whole filter was missing clearly he didn't check them. The price was reasonable but what you get not very good service.

I was very pleased with the way the process went. I was contacted to be sure the set time was still ok for my service. The gentleman was very respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, explained every thing that was being done and why. I would highly recommend and use this company again in the future for my air-conditioning and heating services.

My Mom is a senior citizen and had an emergency with the HVAC unit going down and no heat. The representative, Tad, showed up the same day and went above and beyond for my Mom. He made sure the service was completed the next which was on a weekend. My Mom was so impressed by Tad and the service techs that came on site to complete the service. I highly recommend them. They are courteous, clean and efficient.

ARS rooter is very unprofessional. I have been in touch with this company since June 2025 regarding a mini AC unit that is in the mother-in-law suite of my home which was causing damage to the walls and the carpet in there due to the AC unit leaking water (mold growing,carpet ruined) ARS Sent a technician to my home at the End of June who came and stated that the unit must have been leaking water due to the extreme heat temperatures. I then had to pay him $100 for taking a wet vac and sucking out the water from outside of the unit. This did not resolve anything in the unit continue to leak down the walls as well as the carpet. I then called back to ARS rooter and stated that him coming to the home did absolutely nothing in which they schedule another appointment and sent another technician to my home in July. This technician did stated that a pan was cracked and needed to be replaced and that we were under warranty and that with the warranty would cost $2000. I advised the technician that I refuse to pay $2000 and that this was ridiculous and that no one had broken the wall unit. I didn’t reached out to ARS router and made contact with the manager, who stated that he will be able to work out a reduction of the cost, but they stated that they did not "do" maintenance until the month of August to work on the unit. August came while the air conditioner continue to leak down the walls in the carpet, And I had Not heard from them, so I reached back out and asked when would the maintenance appointment be. That’s when I was told they were waiting on a part and that they were scheduled the appointment once the part came in. About the week before last, I got a text message out of nowhere stating that I had a ARS router appointment for Thursday Of this past week for them to fix my AC unit as well as do maintenance on the main unit. No technician showed up. No one called and I have yet to hear from anyone regarding the appointment and regarding maintenance as well as what are they going to do regarding my wall in my carpet. If you have not locked into business with this company, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Run don’t walk because if anything occurs with any of their units, they will try to scam you for thousands of dollars with the warranty! If they have appointments that does not mean that they will come and they keep their word or keep the appointment! I also looked at reviews on Google and the BBB website and this appears to be something that ARS rooter does often to their customers. Do not do business with them!! We have sent this to our team of lawyers due to the damages that the AC unit has caused and we do have documentation of every phone call as well as technician report. No further contact will be made directly to ARS rooter. 2625 magnolia st. If you all need to reach out to us, then you know how to contact us. I will not be calling you all again.
