⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS - Exceptional AC Installation!I recently had Wilson's Refrigeration and Air install a new air conditioning unit, and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.The installation crew was incredibly professional and efficient. They paid close attention to every detail of the job, and they were meticulous about walking me through the new unit, showing me all the features and making sure I understood how everything worked. Their knowledge was impressive, and they were patient with all my questions.To top it all off, the team was very tidy—they cleaned up after themselves completely, leaving the workspace immaculate. I highly recommend Wilson's to anyone needing HVAC services. They truly go above and beyond!

Tyler came out and diagnosed the problem with my commercial refrigerator within an hour of me reaching out to them. He was very professional and courteous. He will be ordering parts and coming back out to fix. I highly recommend. Also there front office lady who answered my call was very professional and courteous as well. I will continue to do business with this company.

I just realized to myself that my gas furnace is 20 years old. Wilson’s has kept it going for me for 10 years without any problems and before me my mother. I live in her house now. I recommend this company. They also put in a new air conditioner for me 3 years ago. I rely on them for my ac/heater needs. One incident last winter upset me but they fixed it. One problem in 10 years I think I can forgive them. I would highly recommend them they are good people.

My savior is probably the more appropriate description —he diagnosed the issue within two minutes of being here, Flushed my system clear of debris and we are on the road to relief in the house now. Brandon H the technician, called me within 30 minutes of placing a call on a Saturday and he said he knew what was wrong with my AC unit and would be at my house within 2 hours. He kept his word and he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away-less than 5 minutes! He is very knowledgeable and was courteous and friendly. I have Wilson's maintenance plan, referred by a coworker, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Brandon and Wilson's!

We have a maintenance agreement with Wilson’s. Ha a problem on a Saturday, and suffice it to say they were responsive within a reasonable timeframe. Problem was solved by Jason, the on call tech, who correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone. When he arrived his diagnosis was confirmed, and he was done In around twenty minutes.

My HVAC was out on one of the hottest days of the year. The tech called about 20 minutes before showing up. He diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for the actual repair. It was going to be a few days because of the volume of work they had, so he brought me a portable AC unit to help with the heat in the house. It was a kind gesture. My family camped out around that unit.
