Jon and his team did a fantastic job! Jon came out, assessed my system, and gave me a quote the same day. He walked me through the issues created from my original installer and made the necessary repairs. He dealt honestly with me and showed me which issues I could tackle at a later date. Billy and Billy were the technicians that came out and they were awesome. They came on time and quickly tackled the job. I even trusted them to lock up my house since I had to leave early. I would recommend Mid-State to ANYONE!

Our HVAC has been serviced by Mid State Heating & Air for two years now. The service people are always professional, friendly and informative. They have a plan where they can service your unit two times per year included in the cost, And this has been great for us. When our AC went out a couple of years ago, they brought a window unit until they could repair it. We really appreciate this company.

I just had Rick out from Mid State and I have got to say they are very honest and took the time to diagnose my heating systems problems and save me thousands of dollars. I had the company that was servicing my unit tell me that the complete unit needed repacement. Total BS. Rick took the time to take things apart and look to make sure that what the other company said was legit. He found that the blower can be replaced and the price was great. I highly recommend these guys. Honest people.

I gathered three duct replacement proposals from different companies before choosing Mid-State Heating and Air. Their estimate wasn't the least costly (nor was it the most expensive), but it was the most thorough and considerate. Jon took his time to look at many factors that other contractors didn't. The techs, Darren and Christian, were knowledgable, professional, and hard-working. Every time I call the office, the staff there is responsive and friendly. It is easy to schedule and pay online. The air in my home is so much cleaner now that the mildew-ridden ducts are gone, the insulation is upgraded, and all leaks are sealed. After all the work was done, Jon let me know about a duct improvement rebate offered by Dominion Energy, and he provided all paperwork necessary for me to complete the application. We've signed up for their silver maintenance plan and it gives me great peace of mind to know that they will be looking after our HVAC systems!

We had our 55 year old ducts replaced in our 2300 sq ft house. They were rusted out in several places and the insulation had fallen off in several places as well. This process took 3.5 days with minimal interruption and mess. The new ducts are now up against the floor joists or between them and we now have a convenient way to change the filter. Initially we found Mid-State through a Google search and confirmed our choice with discussions from local residents. Their price was competitive, the technicians that did the work were efficient and considerate, and the house and yard were cleaned up after each day. All-in-all, we couldn't be happier with the job that was done.

Mid State employees are always very professional and always take good care of my HVAC system maintenance. Jeff was my technician and he did a fantastic job from start to finish. I’m on the Silver plan which is two maintenance services per year for $205.
