I paid for my washing machine on Tuesday and they delivered it the next day on Wednesday. Friday night, two days later, the machine stopped spinning and the water did not drain. I called the following Monday and they told me someone would be calling me and out to fix it within 24-48 hours. Someone did show up 2 days later on a Wednesday at 5:30pm when I was not home, but did not call to verify anything before or during. Had maintenance called, he would have been informed my laundry area is outside, the door was unlocked, and he could have done the work then. Two days later, that Friday, I called multiple times and no one answered. I went up to the business and spoke with them in person. The man said he called me and I assured him he had not; especially since every number he gave me was not mine. I gave them my information and asked for a date/time when he would be back to fix it. He told me the next Monday. Well guess what today is? Monday. I went back up to the office today, and had a word with the man who sold me the washer. He took my information and said he would have their maintenance come out anyway because the business hours does not indicate their working hours. It is now 8:40 pm and I have not heard anything. I will be back tomorrow, on Tuesday morning, for my refund. Update: When I returned for a refund, the maintenance man met me at the front and said he would head to my house immediately. He arrived before I did and told me he would have to replace the washer. That afternoon, he came back to replace the washer. It’s unfortunate so much transpired in order for the issue to be rectified. I will not be buying from them again due to this experience.
My property manager used these jokers to replace the stove in my apartment. The first one they brought was in worse shape than what I originally had. It took nearly 2 weeks to get them to bring another after they refused to return her money. This one is rusty, the oven door barely closes, and they sprayed the inside of the oven with some kind of bleach based cleaner and left it without actually cleaning it. So now I’m trying to get the smell out of the oven so I can actually try to use it. Don’t waste your money!!! I’m calling the property manager on Monday in hopes she can use another company for a stove that actually works.
So I have had a horrible experience with this place! Do not spend your money here . I bought a brand new house for the washer machine to tear up my ceiling in the garage . Then on top of that had to contact consumer affairs before they wanted to replace it. Now the dryer is acting up and has been for a while . Now seeing why in this picture this is definitely not good customer service $550 spent to get a tape together cord for a dryer that goes off and washer that was better the second time replaced . That’s ridiculous and a setup to keep calling them and put money in their pocket.
C&M Appliances had exactly what we needed. Delivery was quick, within a few days. The owner was present when our washer and dryer were delivered making a great impression. The owner is so nice and his crew was so polite. I love that they offer a warranty too. Thank you C&M Appliances and everything is working great!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SELL HALF-WORKING EQUIPMENT AND PROMISE YOU A 60-90 day warranty only for them to not answer the phone and give you the runaround. Purchased a Whirlpool fridge and it barely cooled when I called then they told me to turn the temperature all the way to colder and it should work. IT DODNT!!! The following day I called back didn't get an answer, until 2 days of calling only for them to set an apt to come check out the whirlpool refrigerator on a Monday, didn't call or text until an hour before schedule time to say they can't come because his boss sent him to another location!!! At this point I'm am Beyon Furious nd I want this piece of trash out of my house NOW. Someone from this Establishment needs to reach out to me today!!
I bought a washer from there around. 2016 whirlpool and it’s been kicking ever since It’s now 2025 !!!and it’s still kicking
Brought a washer and dryer from them 2 months ago, noticed washing machine wasn’t working correctly called and someone came out but he didn’t fix the problem… Been calling and leaving voicemails ever since no one ever answers the phones or returns your calls. Waste of money
