Crew Plumbing and Drain

Had an unexpected plumbing emergency today! I called several places and everyone said they were booked today. I called Crew and was told it may be two hours before they reached me but they would definitely work me into the schedule. To my surprise Kevin arrived about an hour later and I was so relieved. He was very thorough and explained everything to me! I didn’t get any work done today but will definitely be calling again if I need assistance. Thank you

My name is Ida Duncan. I called Crew Plumbing & Drain about a issue with my hot water heater and they sent Kevin Tisdale to my home to assist me. Mr. Tisdale was very professional with excellent customer service and was able to diagnose and fixed my issue quickly. I will be recommending Crew Plumbing & Drain to all of my family members and friends.

I called many plumbing companies and they were all answering services. Kevin answered immediately and had me scheduled that day. He was great, prompt and very nice and took the time to discuss everything with us.

I highly recommend this company. Paul, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He is truly an asset to the company. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Their prices are reasonable and I wish I could give them more than five stars.

Crew Plumbing did an awesome job! They showed up on time, were super friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They found the problem fast and had it fixed in no time. It was such a smooth and easy experience—I’d definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone needing a great plumber.

So grateful for Crew's help! Chris personally assisted afterhours with getting me scheduled for next morning appt on an urgent/overflowing sewer line. Kevin T arrived promptly the next morning & was patient & extremely practical/methodical in his assessment of the issue. He answered all of my questions & was able to help resolve the immediate issue/clear blockage AND also help develop a reliable / pragmatic long term solution plan so we can budget to replace the aging/underperforming piping (75-90 years old!) in the coming months. The service call fee was extremely fair. These guys saved us from "desperation" fee markups and delayed project tactics that another group had attempted to sell us. Definitely recommend giving them a call!

I called Crew Plumbing and Drain today(Saturday!) at 330pm with an emergency situation at my Mother’s house in Cayce,SC. I am her daughter and I live in Tennessee so I am not there to actually help her with her kitchen sink backing up. So I called and spoke with Kyle. What a very kind and helpful person he was! He immediately called Kevin and we had an appointment scheduled in 30 minutes!! He was the absolute best price for a weekend service call and would invoice me online to easily pay her bill from up here! I am so very impressed with their customer service that they will be our go to plumber from now on! Thank you, Kyle and Kevin! This is truly what going above and beyond for a customer really feels like! We appreciate your attention and your customer service care!!
