Dickson's Old Cobbler Shoe Repair

Owner was very unprofessional, stated that he was not going to look for my order when I called to ask him if it was ready. I came to pick up the shoes and it was a very unprofessional job done. He also completely missed an area of the shoe he was supposed to repair. These were very expensive shoes, and I trusted him as I thought that this was a professional establishment. when I let him know that I thought that he was a professional, and I expected it to be better, He let me know that he was not a professional, He was a cobbler. would not trust him to do any work for me on any valued items at all. Very disappointed with experience do not understand how this man is in business for as long as he has been.

I have had nothing but great service and workmanship from this gentleman. He even put new straps on a piece of carryon luggage for me! Totally trust him to do a great job!

I took my high spirit bags to get the zippers fixed. He was nice and though he didn’t have larger zippers he replaced my entire zipper. Now I’m wearing my bags and I love the work that he did.

I'm sure he does good work on cheaper boots but I took a pair of jk boots to him for a resole and the fit and finish was not the best and the boot didn't feel right anymore like I was walking on oneside. So I'm sending them back to the people who made them to fix.

Mr. Milton has excellent customer service!!! I took my fancy Reef flip flop to him because the strap popped. They don't sell this pair anymore but they are soooo comfortable I couldn't bear to part with them. He assured me he could repair & he did. If you are looking for leather repair, shoe repair, bag repair, he's your man. Very happy customer❣️

He repaired the heel on a pair of boots for me & even got a stain out that I didn't know was possible to remove! He also fixed a zipper on a jacket I own. Very friendly & very affordable. Highly recommend!

What a treasure! Milton helped us get a zipper back on track in less than 5 min. He was such an absolute pleasure and clearly very good at his craft. I think in the 20min we were there about 8 different people came in for various shoe repairs. There are various boots, belts, and bags all for sale there, as well as different polishes and shoe care products. I wished I lived in this city so I could give him all my business!
