This company is the absolute worst. We needed a new garbage so we decided to called them. The owner said they go is a tech came out to the house in the beginning of August. We were told we need a pump for the dishwasher too. Not a problem. We paid them in FULL. We received a phone call the next week stating installation would be on August 12. They no called no showed. We called and were told the office staff had been replaced and they would schedule the appointment. The following week it was the same thing we didn’t hear from anyone. We called back and were told the office staff was replaced again. The next week we called back and we were told the office staff was replaced again. The following week was the same issue the office staff was replaced again. Finally in September the garbage disposal was replaced. The owner of this company doesn’t know what’s going on within his own business. They are very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I called back today because someone was supposed to contact me about the time frame it took them to get everything done. Guess what no one contacted me. I called back today and they have a new office staff. The company is horrible.
Shawn did an outstanding job cleaning our dryer vent. Shawn is personable, knowledgeable and courteous. Also, he is a veteran and as a fellow veteran, I thanked him for his service. Would highly recommend him with any appliance issue. Buddy Maertens 17 November 2025
I had to pay up front for a product and service that was supposed to be completed in 4-5 days when the part came in. After waiting over a week, I started calling. It took a month of my hounding the company to get them to schedule the service - no apologies or communication ever came. I asked for a manager to contact me several times and no one has ever reached out. The service was finally performed and now my appliance has a new issue it never had before because their technician didn’t put the door back on correctly.
Shaun came out and requested $422.20 to fix my washing machine. That was on July 30. He has yet to fix it. All sorts of excuses. I am the one constantly having to make contact with them. Tons of phone calls and text messages. They have no intention of fixing my washer. Run, no don't walk. There are several other people with similar reviews. I wish I had read them before I called them. I give them ZERO stars After calling them for a month they finally called me and set up an appointment to fix my washing machine. I sat and waited for over 2 1/2 hours. Their technician was a no show. He went to the wrong house and even took a picture to prove it. So two days later I get a call from them that they would like to set up another appointment. This time the tech does show up. Fixes the original problem and due to the way he fixed it caused a high pitched noise. I call the office and sent them a video of the washer and noise. They sent the tech back immediately. He fixed the issue and apologized. I still would advise not to use them. Run, don't walk.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They came out 10 days ago and charged me 600 dollars to order the parts. I didn't hear back, soi called today and found out that the technician only comes to Columbia on Wednesdays....I am not accustomed to paying before the service is provided and I've NEVER had to wait 2 weeks for a repair guy to show up. Addendum: after the technician came back, he realized that it still didn't work because they were missing another part. That was 15 days ago and the part still has not come in. Its now been over a month since the first visit and I still don't have a washer. IF I HADN'T HAD TO PAY BEFOREHAND I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BRAND NEW WASHER.
I have paid these guys $700 for a part for my refrigerator and the service call and labor & installation. It has been 2 months and they told me they had the part in after a week or so but have not come back. The office staff is dodgy and won't connect me with an owner or manager. I drove to their office address today and found a vacant office suite. Many phone calls, many smoothing-down ladies sympathetic but no repair and no refund. Caveat Emptor - if your fridge is leaking water all over your wood floors, call someone else.
I hope you get to read this BEFORE you book this company. I originally booked them to come out because my washer wasn't agitating on 05.13.25. Someone came out the next day to "diagnose" the problem. Before he left, he had me pay for parts and labor BEFORE he told me it would be 10 to 14 business days til the parts came in ... which it was give or take a couple days. I know this bc it was 06.01.25 when they made contact to complete the repair... BUT, apparently, they had some staffing issues. Someone finally came out on 06.06.25. To change the agitator, there's ONE screw that he wasn't able to get out bc it was rusted. He suggested waiting til they could order a new screw. After the tech left, I was able to get the rusty screw out. I called them to get an idea of how long it would be. The person "said" she had the screw express shipped from the manufacturer and they would contact me to schedule the repair. I went to the manufacturer site. Express shipping is 2 to 3 business days. After five business days with no word, I went back to the site and had the screw overnighted. Got the part on 06.13.25 and completed the repair myself. I still haven't heard from them as of 06.20.25. I paid them $370 basically for nothing. If I weren't able to do it myself. I would have literally come out better buying a new washer, especially considering all the trips to the laundry. My advice: DIY, or buy a new one. Just don't call these guys. Update: I still haven't heard from them, and they're not returning my calls. It's 07.01.25 ALSO... when I made the original payment, they had to do it manually, which meant they had to write down my credit card info. Two days later, I was getting strange charges on my credit card that I'm still having to dispute today. 10.03.25 They never finished the job and I'm still getting weird charges. I'm having them investigated.
