On Call Plumbing, Heating & Air

I highly recommend JB for any plumbing needs! From the moment I reached out, he was professional, responsive, and upfront about everything. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed even faster. His work is clean, high-quality, and you can tell he truly cares about getting the job done right the first time. On top of that, his pricing is fair and he explains what he’s doing every step of the way so you’re confident in the service you’re getting. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and trustworthy these days. If you need a plumber, call JB — you won’t regret it!

Shawn was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. If you're looking for a reliable plumber who truly cares, ask for Shawn—you won't be disappointed!

JB was here and did an amazing job that no one else could figure out how to do!!! And Matt helped too. Once again JB came back to fix more things at my house. I will now say if you need a plumber you need JB from OnCall Plumbing. It is not just that he makes the necessary repairs he takes the time to leave everything stronger and sturdier in addition to working well. JB should be called a Master Plumber because he is much better than I had come to expect despite paying more from other companies.

I had a great experience with On Call Plumbing! Shawn was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. It's not always easy to find reliable and honest service these days, but Shawn and the team at On Call really delivered. Highly recommend! Let me know if you’d like to personalize it further with details about the service he provided.

Thank you Cory who came out and restored hot water for my family after going days without. Cory explained the process and was professional throughout. Thank you for your timeliness and for being open and honest with your work.

Sean called to advise that I was his next job. He and Dave arrived a full hour before my scheduled appointment window. He identified the problem and gave the price which was very reasonable. They resolved the issue quickly. Sean and Dave were polite, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use On Call again.

Mark repaired my toliet that would not stop running water. I knew it was leaking, but did not realize how much water until our water bill came. Mark did a great job, was prompt and courteous. This is a local company and not owned by some big company.
