When we first needed an air conditioning repair we used a different company, they were fine, but at 9 years of service, they told us we needed a new unit. Sam came out and looked at our unit and said he would not replace it and that it had plenty of life left. It lasted another 8 years. Sam and his team have always been honest and have saved me money on my heating and air bill. All of the technicians that have serviced our units are on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my heating and air needs.

They have great and honest service. There is no pressure to upsell. Prior company said I needed at least $900 of repairs right away and tried to sell me thousands of "upgrades". SC Heating and Air did the needed repairs for less than $300 and said I did not need all of those upgrades - and explained why. The owner and his team have all been very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I am 71 yrs. old and I have tried many heating & air companies. A few years ago I tried SC Heating & Air and they are wonderful. I highly recommend this company. Their biannual maintenance visits are very well priced and they do more than anyone else I have tried. Last year I decided to have them install a Generac whole home generator with an automatic emergency transfer switch. We love it! I highly recommend that you give them a try.

We purchased our HVAC through this company about 3 years ago and just recently had our long delayed maintenance. There was also a small issue they took care of. The technician was on time, was very courteous, and looked like he did a thorough job. I got their maintenance plan at a reasonable cost, which includes another cleaning in 6 months.
