Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating by answering any questions I had, very thorough and shared pictures of maintenance performed and preventative measures I can take to avoid problems in the future. I was very satisfied with the services rendered and would recommend this H/A Company to my friends. I was disappointed that filters are no longer a part of the maintenance package any more though! Excellent service! They were able to fit our HVAC and ductwork installation in ahead of schedule, had a competitive price with a long warranty - emphasizing that they are interested in building lifelong customers, and delivered on the customer service front. Installation technicians Hector, Jose, and Michael were very knowledgeable and extremely polite. Wherever they needed to enter the house, they protected our floors, and cleaned up thoroughly. To ensure that our full installation was complete in no more than two days, so as to not inconvenience us, they worked overtime. We're very happy with this company's services. Highly recommend!

Fantastic! I needed new ductwork, new ac unit and water heater and they did a great job from start to finish. They spent hours with me to give me a quote and talk about products that fit my life and what my old house needs. The work was done in 2-3 days which was unbelievable for how much they did. I appreciate the fantastic, detail oriented work they did as my house is over 100 years old and there were a lot of small details that made a big difference in cooling/heating my house. They proved to be trustworthy and hardworking, all the technicians who came to my house were respectful and wonderful and I would use Stoudenmire again for any job.

Michael Gatlin from Stoudenmire visited our home on 6/13/25 to assess our need for a new AC/Heat pump system. He presented four options at different price points. Michael was thorough and knowledgeable of the features of the different systems. He helped me choose the option that best met our need and budget. Stoudenmire offered a 1-2 day turnaround for installation of the new system. Two technicians arrived nearly two hours later than the scheduled time I was told. Communication could have been better. Both technicians worked continually for nearly 7 hours in extreme heat to install the unit in the attic. They completed the new installation and removed all equipment from the old system. Two installation related issues were identified shortly after the new unit did not perform as expected. Michael became involved and promptly returned with a technician to make necessary adjustments. The adjustments were made and the unit is cooling beautifully even with temperatures that exceeded 95 degrees during the past week. Overall, I was happy with Stoudenmire and their team. Most importantly, they were responsive and took responsibility when there were unforeseen missteps along the way. It was evident that they are committed to customer satisfaction. This is what I expect when things don't go exactly as planned. I look forward to seeing this same level of customer commitment during the maintenance plan phase of our contract with them.

I used to really trust Stoudenmire but after this last visit I am rethinking renewing my yearly contract. While there is always those that service the units I get along with better than others, I have never had them leave and send me an estimate for $4000 of things I "need" to do. When I called the person had no explanation of why. It seems they maybe have new management and are just trying to sell things to make money. Terribly disappointed… wasn’t going to leave a review but they’ve sent me 3 separate requests… ‍♀️

Stoudenmire HVAC put the HVAC system in our house 2 years ago during the build. Recently we had noticed some mold or mildew and we called them to come and check it out. The owner, Mike, was awesome! He noticed a few items that needed to be addressed/corrected and sent his team over to correct the issues. The service was great, the workers did a great job, and we are very satisfied with the customer service and Mike's attention to detail. We are impressed that they stood behind their work!

Our technician, Brad Temple, was super smart and knowledgeable but also explained everything clearly. He didn’t try to push us to replace parts that only MIGHT have been faulty. And he was friendly too. We’d totally recommend him and this HVAC company to others!
