I highly recommend using Mr. Appliance. When my dryer began making a concerning call, I ended up booking consultations with Mr. Appliance and a local "mom and pop" company. I ended up going with Mr. Appliance because they were able to get me in the very next day (I booked the diagnostic visit after hours), the ability to schedule it online and due to the cost. The other "mom and pop" company made it a hassle to schedule and charged more for a diagnostic visit. Travis came out the next day. What I appreciated most is he told me as soon as he stepped in my door that because I had unsuccessfully tried to disassemble my dryer and fix it myself, that changed the fee and told me what it was. I appreciated him letting me know and agreed for him to inspect and diagnose my dryer. He quickly discovered the parts that needed replaced and showed me in real time both on his tablet and by looking at my dryer. He was upfront about the repair cost including labor and the cost of the parts. He was able to fix my dryer 2 days layering (due to having to order the part). He was very punctual, kind, knowledgeable and very respectful. It broke things down in an easy-to-understand manner, without being condescending (like a lot of repairmen do to women). His parents should be very proud of the fine, upstanding gentleman they raised! Along with his boss because he was steward for the company. If I ever need to utilize their services again, I’ll be sure to call Mr. Appliance first!

We have had several small things go wrong with some appliances, including a larger problem where the hood vent exhaust fan went out completely and it was only a little over 2 years old! Today it is a problem with the dishwasher, Jesse came out and needed to order some parts. He is back today and noticed a problem where the dishwasher wasn’t properly leveled when it was installed. Jesse installed the new parts and then carefully leveled the dishwasher so the top drawer quit sliding out all the time. First Jordan, who installed the new exhaust fan and now Jesse have gone above and beyond to help us keep our appliances running.

We had a great experience with Mr. Appliance fixing both our dryer and, later on, our oven. Online scheduling was very convenient. Randy was courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient. We will definitely use them for future repairs!

Mr. Appliance arrived early and on time and provided great and efficient service to get our dryer back up and running! They brought shoes covers which I always appreciate. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Service was terrific! Electrolux Washing Machine repaired with 1st Service Call. We have a Electrolux Extended Warranty.
