Jon was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was courteous, professional, and had several excellent tips on what to watch for in the future to possibly prevent future issues with our refrigerator/freezer. His positive attitude and professionalism were reassuring for our time of need. Good man, good technician...a valuable asset to any company!

Had to fix an electric stove top . The technician visit was paid and scheduled 2 weeks out . We were told to get a part which we ordered. The technician visit was 2 weeks out for repair The technician could not fix the stove in fact the stove which was working but could not be regulated completely stopped working. We were charged $421 . Took us 5 months to get a refund after many many hours on the phone . Everytime we called it took us over an hour to get the right person who could possibly help us . I would not recommend sears to anyone. I am sorry.

Sears Home Services was assigned to my claim under Choice Home Warranty. The technician arrived but refused to discuss the reason for the service request until the home warranty coverage fee was paid. He came unprepared and didn't know why the services were requested. He did not fix the problem and submitted a diagnosis that did not take into consideration the circumstances and backstory of the problem. He wrote his report to Choice Home Warranty in a way that they decided not to cover the repair, even though the problem was caused by another company that Choice sent in the first place. I must say that the performance of the technician who came this time and the one who came in 2022 for the same problem was unacceptable and poor.

Called ahead of time with ETA, knew what needed to be done and was quick. Provided details of issue all in timely manner.
