We had such a great experience with David coming to fix an issue on our Refrigerator! A very curious toddler asked many questions and he was so kind. The repair was quick and explained clearly. Will definitely use this company again in the future if other applicable issues arise!

My self and my entire family have used bringer appliance for over 40 years. And we won't let anyone else in our home. Service has always been fair, honest and affordable. The office staff and technicians all do an exemplary job.

Not the company I would call. They’ll charge you a service fee which is understandable, however they won’t do any work. They’ll just tell you how to fix the unit. To get them to work it’ll be an additional payment at undisclosed price. Save yourself the time and money

Samsung microwave was working intermittently. Called to have someone come take a look, the technician showed up, opened and closed the door on it a few times, made a phone call, told us the problem with the microwave was going to be more expensive than getting a new one, paid the 100$ service fee and then he left. The technician never took anything apart or tested anything to confirm what he was saying. I went out and bought a new microwave and installed it myself. Same problem. Come to find out it was the outlet. So now I’m out 100$ to a technician who misdiagnosed my problem without ever testing anything to confirm his diagnosis, 300$ for a new microwave I didn’t need, and the few hours of my life it took to install it I’ll never get back. In summary, call someone else for your appliance repair needs.

I got fast and efficient service. The tech was friendly. The price was good. Very happy with everything. Good experience!

Can’t remember who from this company came out to repair my fridge as it has been over a year. Was told there is no repair for the loud noises it made and recommended a new evap fan housing as it may fix the issue. Paid 99 dollars for that. As the fridge was sounding like a motorcycle but it did work I figured I’d wait til it burnt out and get a new one. Well after all this time I said screw it. Took it apart( something they didn’t do) and found that the evap fan itself was making the noise. Bought a 20 dollar replacement off of Amazon and now the fan is quiet as can be. Only reason I came back to post a review is because this could have been fixed forever ago. Something I’d consider an easy repair
