Precision Appliance & Air-Conditioning Service

We will continue to use Precision Appliance & Air for servicing all of our appliances. We had two appliances with issues. William was prompt, efficient , professional and took the time to explain what had failed and how best to handle in the future. Thank you to the team!

Excellent service at a fair price. The tech showed up on time and went right to work. He clearly explained what had gone wrong with my range/oven, what he needed to do to fix it, and how I might avoid similar problems in the future. Altogether, this was a perfect customer experience.

We were very impressed with Precision Appliance & Air-Conditioning Service and we will definitely use them again. They fit us in their schedule with short notice, were prompt in arrival at the scheduled time, called when they were on their way to our house, educated us about our appliance and what was wrong, and helped us choose the most cost effective option to fix it. They were reasonably priced and had the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend them.

- My stove blew up using the "easy clean" button ( never do that) - Precision was referred to me by someone on our neighborhood FB page - Texted them that day - appt set up for the next - William arrived in allotted time frame, was kind, and professional - within 20 minutes diagnosed my problem - while I am not going to repair my appliance due to being more than it is worth - I appreciated his honesty and showing me why my stove did what it did - He even said I could reach out to him on his work phone when we were looking for a new stove and gave a few reccs on what type of stove to look for - it's not the outcome I was hoping for - but appreciate the service and people you have working for you. I have called Mr King to repair our home appliances for 10+ years. He is always happy to come as soon as possible. He is a very honest person who will tell you if your appliance can be fixed or not. He’s always prepared for the appliance he’s working on and has always fixed it while he is here. He has repaired refrigerators, a washing machine and today our wine fridge. I have found him to be a very honest, trustworthy and religious man.

I highly recommend Precision Appliance. I called for an appointment and they came out the next day. William was very professional, explained the issue with my dishwasher and cost to repair. He treated my home with respect, leaving everything clean and in order. William made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Precision Appliance is hands down the best service company. I used them about 9 years ago and had to recently get some advice for a new washer/dryer set. William is outstanding. Patient, informative, helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He advised me on the new set to purchase and then I ran into some installation issues and he guided me in the right direction to not only fix the issue but save money! Hard to find a company like this nowadays! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!!
