They checked the stock and got me the right piece and re-verified when I arrived that the measurements were correct. Customer service was great and I will definitely be back if I need anything in the future!

Prices are above msrp on pretty much everything, when you call to verify stock, on hold for way too long every single time. The 1 positive is that they sometimes have parts that nobody else has.

Possibly nothing more satisfying then fixing something broken like a dryer by yourself. John at Derby City Appliance was awesome! he helped me diagnose the problem quickly and found the exact part. He even gave me a little help while we were in the parking lot and I fixed the issue from the back of my truck. About $50 later and my dryer is back in business. Customer for life. Great service today

A few years ago I went in to purchase a timer for a washer. They told me it had to be special ordered and was $279. Ok, that was fine. I gave them the exact model number of the washer. The part came in and when I got home I realized they ordered the wrong part. Went back up there and they told me no refunds even though I had not installed it and would not order the correct one unless I paid for another one. Lesson learned, order from Amazon and you can return the wrong part. Avoid this place.

My freezer broke down and I needed some spare parts urgently. I went in and was helped by DONNA. I cannot recommend this place enough. She was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, HONEST and efficient. I only needed a few parts and have never been here before….BUT…this will be the place I go to. Thank you again Donna.

The crew I met with was outstanding. Had the part in stock, only store in town! They are super pleasant helpful people and they have anything you could need, if not they'll order it! Mary, the owner, runs Cellphones For Soldiers. You can drop off any old or broken phone, they scrap them and then use the money to buy phone cards for soldiers. These people are incredible! I recommend to everyone.
