We had great service from Cook appliance on our dryer. The price for the repair was reasonable and it was fixed the same day as they had the parts. I love that I requested as late as appt in the afternoon as possible due to my work schedule and they came after I got off off work. I will use Cook appliance repair for my repair needs in the future.

I’m so happy I was recommended to Cook’s appliance. Steve was so nice and informative. It was a very affordable and quick fix. Our washer quit agitating and we couldn’t get our auger off for anything. Steve came in got it fixed/replaced and we were up and running. Thank you! My mother in law can now go back to washing 50 loads of laundry a week. haha

What a great experience! Jeremy was early for the appointment to repair my gas dryer. He did troubleshooting, went to pick up the part, and repaired the dryer in a timely manner!!! He went over-and-beyond his job duty and was very friendly and courteous!!! Would DEFINITELY recommend Cook Appliance for anyone who needs appliance repair!!!

This company is absolutely 100% recommended by me! My elderly father has a 1970's gas top stove in his house and melted an electric kettle on the flame in a 'senior moment.' It was extremely easy to communicate with them from out of town and work out a visit and an inexpensive fix for the stove, instead of an expensive whole replacement! Jeremy, our repair tech, was in constant contact with me giving me updates, pricing and even 10 minutes out ETAs for alerting Dad he was coming. Very professional and so helpful! Saved me a lot of $$ and my Dad says his stove looks like brand new like it did in the 70's! Thank you so much for helping so quickly in a scary situation with your expertise, Jeremy!
