This is the most professional and knowledgeable and responsive company that I have ever worked with on appliance repairs. My LG refrigerator went out on the weekend of November 1st and 2nd. We realized that it wasn't freezing by Sunday night and had no ice. So I called Rocky Mountain Appliance Repair on Monday morning and immediately was called by James who was fronting for NoCo Appliance in Loveland. He stopped by and realized that I needed a new compressor. He called Marcus and Jaimie immediately and they responded that they would be out at our house after 5:00 pm and they were there with a new compressor to install that night. It took a total of over 90 minutes and our refrigerator and freezer was back working. Both Jaimie and Marcus were so wonderful in giving me extra tips on the LG appliances and even checked out my stove and microwave. I will be getting my stove fixed after the holidays with them. What I loved was their follow up everyday. When I still wasn't getting ice the texted day, Jaimie and Marcus came out the next day after 5:00 and fixed that issue. By Wednesday, we started getting ice and everything was working perfectly! Then on the 17th, the ice maker went out and again, Jaimie and Marcus came to the rescue and are here now with a new condenser replacement. We love ❤️ you guys! Thank do much for a wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough good things about NoCo Appliance! Marcus (the owner) was able to repair my 1970s Maytag washing machine after TWO other repair companies failed to fix it. He showed up exactly on time, charged a fair price, and somehow found the parts no one else could. His knowledge of older appliances is impressive, and he clearly takes pride in his work. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and I found him to be both professional and personable. If you’re looking for an honest, capable, and skilled appliance repair service—including for vintage machines—look no further. Highly recommended!

Great service! From scheduleing to the finished work, I was happy with this team. They worked to meet my scheduling needs. Marcus worked on our washer, dryer and ice maker. He was thorough; helped explain the issues; recommended solutions; and was very respectful to our home and space. Will definitely use them again. Great to support a local NOCO company!

RUDE and Unprofessional. Marcus Gray, the owner of this company, was assigned to our home in Loveland, CO. We asked him to put on shoe covers, and his exact response was: "I will not do that. I haven’t been asked in 16 years to do so, and I will not start now." He refused, walked out, and left us speechless. To make matters worse, this came after they missed our original appointment the previous day, which we were understanding about and rescheduled nearly a week in advance. This is not how you treat customers, and we will not be recommending or contacting this company again. Just read below the text that he sent us almost a week after walking out for not honoring our request to put on clean booties we provided him. Just to clarify, I did not say my bosses wear them. I said I have seen my bosses walk out of houses refusing to wear them, but I have never had to do that myself. Until now. As technicians, we are happy to take off our shoes when necessary but being forced to put booties on is a whole different situation. I’ve been doing this now 16 years and that is the first time I was ever forced to put on booties to be in someone’s home. And to clarify, I’ve watched my boss bosses walk out out of home just because they were asked to remove their shoes. And absolutely no they would not put on booties. Not that this helps and I really don’t need to justify my actions, but I’ve never had that happen before and I do feel bad about it. I would recommend in the future, removing the appliance from your home to have it serviced if you really are that picky about having whatever it is inside your home. Thank you. Our LG fridge wasn't staying cold when we got back from vacation. Fortunately the NoCO Appliance team was able to diagnose the issue and have it resolved within 48 hrs. The service was clean and efficient and the follow up call from them to confirm the fridge was functioning properly was truly appreciated. A great business to have in the Loveland market.

Marcus is awesome,,had a refrigerator not working in my motorhome,,came out diagnosed it found the problem came back the next day with the part. Price was more than reasonable. If you're in the area and need help call Marcus.
