Crystal did a Great job finding out what we needed and getting us scheduled in on a very short notice. Jorge Marmaleja is the owner and also the tech who came out and removed our old wall gas oven and installed our new one. He was very professional he made me feel like a friend instead of just a customer. I am so pleased with Jorge's professional, knowledgeable and efficient service. He arrived when he said he would; diagnosed the problem; and made the necessary repairs on our icemaker which another repair service had not been able to fix, despite 3 service calls over the past 7 weeks. The cost was reasonable, and I could have saved money and frustration if I had called The Appliance Tech first. I called him, based on his reviews; so you can trust that he has earned these high reviews.

The inside glass on our oven door cracked, Appliance Tech was able to order and install a new glass within a few days. The tech was very knowledgeable, fast, courteous and respectful. Jorge did a great job.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Midland Area. My washer was up & running in no less than 3 days only because we had to order a part, if not I am sure Alex would fix it that same day. They are very nice & respectful. I will be calling them in the future for any further assistance with my appliances.
