So professional and easy to communicate with. Very respectful in my home. Brian specifically was great! They're even coming back to reattach the tiles that needed to be removed for the microwave install, so I don't need to call anyone else or worry about doing it myself!

The short version is that our dishwasher stopped working in early January. We called the company after a very quick internet search. The repair was initially thought to be straightforward. Unfortunately it wasn’t. These things are often not foreseeable. The main point is that this company came probably 10 times over 1 month and never stopped coming until all the problems were addressed. They always replied quickly when contacted. They always showed up within 1-3 days of us calling. They fixed the dishwasher and replaced parts often without charge numerous additional times for mechanical problems that became evident along the way. Way above the original estimated cost. The gentleman that worked here were the consummate example of professionals. Seriously, what a terrific company. Aces.

Paul did a great job fixing the dishwasher. He even went out of his way and saved us the need and cost to visit the plumber as well. Highly recommend his service to anyone in need!

Very impressed with this company. When my fridge temperatures were fluctuating they came out promptly, correctly diagnosed the fan as being the issue, ordered the new part, and were ready to install it two business days later. After installation the temperatures at the top of the fridge were still high, so I called them back. Robert came out same day (on a weekend no less), adjusted the fan height, and now the whole fridge is a perfect uniform temperature. Problem solved. The pricing is very transparent and worth every penny. If you choose to have them repair, they'll apply the fee to diagnose toward the cost of the repair. Both Paul and Robert took the time to explain the problem to me, which I also very much appreciated. Going forward, Appliance Man will be my first call for anything that breaks and I recommend it be yours as well.

Robert is the best. We had a stovetop that was clicking whenever it got above a certain strength which was maddening. Robert came several times as it was a persistent issue and the parts were not working well. He was patient and responsive and determined to fix the problem and he wouldn't quit until he fixed it which required several visits and various ordering of replacement parts. He only charged us for the initial visit and parts which is also amazing. He also had fixed our regular oven in the past and did a fantastic job. His professionalism is unmatched! .He also did a beautiful job cleaning our stove and oven. We are very grateful and will definitely hire him again for all of our appliances. Robert is a very kind guy and chatting with him while he worked was an added bonus. Thanks so much!

I just had an awesome experience with the Appliance Man! My refrigerator was not staying cold and was leaking inside. Robert came out, and the first thing that impressed me was that he put on shoe covers before entering my apartment. He then quickly diagnosed my issues, showed me and explained the problems and gave me a very fair price for the repair. After I approved, he gathered all the necessary equipment and went to WORK! He removed and replaced all items in my freezer, repaired it AND he also cleaned out all the dust under and behind it when he was done. I was amazed and pleased at the level of service I received.
