We attempted to look for repair services in PA, but only two companies showed up, but they charged too much and failed to address the issues! Eventually, we had no other option but to seek recommendations. By chance, we found someone who highly recommended YAN to us. He fixed our freezer issues and refilled the Freon in the a/c. Yan is a wonderful worker and I would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

My home fridge was making a buzzing sound and I was concerned it was on its last legs. I was able to make an appointment quicker than I expected, the next day! Marco gave me an estimate of the cost of the visit and estimated range of arrival time prior to arrival. He even arrived 30min earlier than his stated arrival time. He was very understanding that he had to hike up a walk up and to move the fridge to access the back. He was able to confirm that it was just a dirty fan and reassured me not to worry. He didn't recommend unnecessary repairs and was able to keep my costs to a minimum. I appreciated his professionalism and his advice on how to maintain the fridge. I would call them again if I have any issues.
