Great communication, great, FAST service! I have a refrigerator that was acting up, they were there the same day, knew their stuff, got a tricky problem solved in a couple hours. The tech was very knowledgeable, pleasant, polite, and gave me some advice on keeping the fridge and another unit in good order. Not really cheap but you get what you pay for. A+

Well, like so many others have said Alex did a very good job. We knew that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator as it was just simply too close to the wall and it wasn’t closing properly so we had to have somebody come out to try to help us get it away from the wall, Alex did that and put my request to see whether there’s something could be done about lowering the fee. They took off a third of what the price would’ve been for the service call. We are very, very grateful and appreciate this very much. Thanks very much for your effort.!

I would've given 5 stars if the communication would've been better. Appt scheduled, no call no show. I shouldn't have to call to find out where the tech is. Once Alex the tech finally showed, he was great. Very professional, thorough, and fair pricing. If they improve on their communication, I would definitely use them again.

Gold Fusion delivered by fixing my dishwasher, as promised. They came for an initial service call, the cost of which was applied to the repair. They ordered the necessary part and came and installed it promptly. When there was an additional issue, they came and fixed it promptly with no additional fee. Very satisfied with their service.

My refrigerator stopped working. I called them and Alex called me back right away and came over the very next day. Within 30 minutes he knew what was going on (I needed a new condenser). Not long after he left, the office called with a quote (not cheap but was better than I was expecting) and said they could come out the next day. Alex came back at the time he said he would, installed the condenser and now my fridge works again. I would definitely recommend they for appliance repairs!

Sergei, the repairman, was extremely knowledgeable. thorough and careful about cleaning everything up after the work on my freezer. After 40 years of appliance repair, this was the best job ever!

I called Gold Fusion after another company had diagnosed the reason my refrigerator was not making ice as a faulty water valve and mother board - about $400 worth of parts in addition to the service to replace them for another $400. I was going to use that company because I did not know any better but my building would not accept their insurance to come do the repair. I called Gold Fusion to come replace the parts. When they arrived, they found the issue to be completely different. I did not need any parts and the technician was able to fix it in the spot for the cost of a service call $100. I’m so mad that I did not call them first! I would have saved both time and money. I highly recommend Gold Fusion and will call them with any other appliance repairs that come up.
