Matthew was very professional and knowledgeable when repairing three of our kitchen appliances that needed attention. He was very careful and gentle in our home, providing a quick diagnosis and repaired our oven and refrigerator on the spot. He returned soon after with a part that had to be ordered for our range hood. I hope to not need appliance repair again any time soon but if I do, I would definitely use RD again. Pricing definitely is on the high end but I still highly recommend this company.

Showed up on time, showed up on the day They said they would. Technician was really helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I’m a property manager so I use Appliance companies all the time. This is the first time I’ve used RD but I will be for sure, using them much more in the future.

While traveling through New York State in my RV I had an issue with my new fridge. The team over at RD Appliance were great, they scheduled a service call, determined the issue super quick and were able to get me back on the road trip. Thanks to a very professional and knowledgeable team this potential nightmare was nothing more than a bump in the road.

I was going to hold off posting a review as my repair is not complete as of yet. Although I can’t fully rate the repair of my refrigerator, I can attest to the competency and professionalism of the two servicemen who came to my home. Both of them were thorough in their search for a reason why my Thermador refrigerator stopped cooling. Although they both suspected a sealed system problem, they took the time to validate their suspicions. They returned to inject a dye laced Freon to trace if there might be a leak as opposed to a compressor failure - both of these issues are not what a homeowner hopes to hear, but it certainly is not because they didn’t take the time to rule other causes out. Right now, I need to wait for the Freon to do its job, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is a repairable issue. Aside from my stress over this repair, the serviceman were wonderful to work with and I would definitely recommend RD Appliance.
