Ask for LEXI She is absolutely the BEST! A week earlier my friend was interested in a new refrigerator and washer and dryer, but had not placed her order yet. Lexi found out the prices were going up and gave my friend a call to let her know about the increased prices and shared that since my friend had just gotten a quote the week prior that Lexi was able to honor the original price quote from the previous week if she came in and placed the order asap. So we dropped in and sure enough, Lexi was able to honor the original quoted price and save my friend hundreds of dollars. Not only was that wonderful news for my friend, the Warranty that Airport Appliance offers is AMAZING! The warranty is Only $350.00 and the one thing that stood out to me, if you purchased a refrigerator and the warranty from them, and say the power goes out and the food in your refrigerator spoils, they replace the food! And if the item is delivered with any damage, she said do not accept shipment and they will deliver another brand new item. The last thing was if they have made 3 attempts to make repairs to your appliance and it still doesn’t work they will give you a brand new replacement item! You should definitely inquire with Lexi for the full details of the warranty. Personally I know where to go when I need our next appliances and I will definitely be asking for Lexi to help me.

They have Speed Queens! And they know Speed Queens! I was looking for a new washer and got one! Tyler helped me and did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. He followed up after delivery and installation to make sure everything went well and we were happy! Highly recommend Airport Home Appliance! I’ll be back for our next purchase!

We purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from their online store after our old fridge died and the repair man recommended Airport. The price was amazing, and the whole process was seamless! Our delivery drivers Alexis and Alex were super helpful, careful, and communicative. Will definitely be getting our future appliances here and recommending to our friends!

Lexi was the worst employee that my family and self had the displeasure of meeting. Let’s just say she prefers to sell to one demographic and if you aren’t a fair skin tone, she will not give you patience or be reliable. She wouldn’t even offer me prices for a kitchen package I was interested in. A married couple that matched her demographic walked in after and she took them and showed them all around the store. I had asked another associate for an answer about the kitchen set but he told me Lexi was my point of contact since she was next .? I don’t understand what being "next" is all about. If a guest needs help they should not feel like they are on the outs and be left alone. I clearly saw Lexi get up and stop what she was doing to help people that she preferred to help. Awful treatment from Lexi and the man who just sat in his chair and couldn’t be bothered to respond, Brad or Chad something like that I think on the name tag. Disappointed in Lexi is an understatement. This company is not worth dealing with long term, especially if this is who is earning the commission. I came in a while ago and I wasn’t going to leave a review, but someone I know also went in and said Lexi was just flat out impatient and my friend felt unheard and rushed. Based off of that, multiple people are being treated better from her than others. It’s just awful, don’t shop here.
