I wish I could give a higher rating. Nick, from Cal’s came out to address an issue with a small septic tank grinder system connected to the guest house. The issue couldn’t seem to be resolved with 4 different plumbers. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue, listened to our situation and worked with us to completely fix and resolve the issue. This nightmare has finally came to an end and it’s all because of Cal’s. They have earned a customer for life and I will always recommend to anyone in Tucson to go with Cal’s.

We recently had the water lines completely replaced both inside our home and outside to the water meter. We've used Cal's before so we knew the professionalism they have, but that was previously a small repair. They went above and beyond our expectations. The team called ahead every morning so I could ensure our cats were put in a room prior to the arrival. Martin communicated all the actions needed every step of the way, he listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions. Both Martin and Dane were respectful, friendly, and professional. They were not the original team who was going to perform the work, however they stepped right in and took over seamlessly. I am thankful this is the team who performed the work on our home. We are extremely happy with the job and would highly recommend Cal's for your plumbing needs. Thank you Raul, Martin, and Dane for the service you provided. It's nice to see a company actually care about their client and their client's home.

This was the most seamless plumbing issue ever! My water heater needed to be replaced and my regular plumber was MIA. I called my handyman and he suggested Cal’s. I made the call and within the next hour had a professional arrive at my home. After agreeing on necessary’s steps, Mr. Tennison retrieved the new water heater within an hour, punctual time frame, and started the work. He was quick, clean, quiet, and respectful of my dog! Within 3 hours I had an amazing looking water heater! Wow, what a hardworking young man! If I were 30 years younger, I’d marry him. Lol The cost was not cheap but I guess that’s the price of doing business these days? The water heater is gas and lots of lines had to be replaced, welding, valves, etc. It was a mess. Absolutely stars for this experience.

Matt came out to replace all the piping. He was very nice, professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Pricing reasonable. Great communication through the whole process. 5 star rating for Matt and Cals Plumbing.

Travis & Jeremy repaired a broken drain line to my septic tank. The line was much deeper than we had anticipated which required a lot of digging. They did an incredible job even working through the rain! First class job. They were both very personable, knowledgeable and professional. If I need any plumbing repair in the future I will definitely ask for these gentleman. Thank you Travis & Jeremy and thank you Cal's Plumbing.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Matt did installing our water softener loop and a 6-stage reverse osmosis filter under the sink. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous with every detail. He explained the process clearly, kept the area spotless, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Our water now tastes amazing, and the setup looks super clean and organized. Very fast and professional service from the lovely woman who called to schedule to the very knowledgeable and detailed technician. The price was VERY reasonable and I was very pleasantly surprised! Will be using Cal's plumbing and requesting the fantastic Lalo again at my personal and rental homes again!!
