I had a tear in my vents and called Cool Willies. They came out the next business day and were very communicative throughout the process, explaining what they found and even providing pictures. They were able to make the repair the same day, and the rate was very reasonable. Walter was great—professional, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend Cool Willies for HVAC repairs!

Noah resolved all problems found during annual fall maintenance. In addition, he installed a soft start, an ionizer, and replaced a fan motor under warranty. He carefully and thoroughly explained each step he took including pictures. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He worked to give us every discount we qualified for. He was friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Noah and Cool Willy's.

Super helpful folks. Arrived same day when my ac broke down (it’s July). The technician Brian was very professional and respectful of my home. Replaced a few parts and explained the issue then got it running. He even gave my dog a toy. Highly recommend!!

Noah was efficient and helpful while doing our annual fall maintenance. He identified a problem with the fan motor which he replaced under warranty. He recommended several other things to increase the effectiveness of our system and came back the next day to install them. He arrived when promised and left the work area clean. Noah was great! He stopped by today to check on a couple of things and walked me through a few extra items to keep in mind with regards to our new system. We had a new A.C. unit installed by Cool Willy's a few months back and their service has been great and all of the people we've interacted with from this company have been great and very informative.
