Worst Customer Service!!! Worst cleaning of my area rug. I moved into my apt Aug 31 within a few day I called because I wanted an area rug cleaned. Asked if it could be done on site was told yes. Serviceman showed up with no mobile cleaner and stated he never was made aware of cleaning on site. So he took my 8x10 area rug and promised 5-10 days. I needed the rug before I could set up my bedroom furniture. Was promised if he didn’t like the 1st go over of cleaning he would continue until his satisfaction. Well his is far different from mine for a $300 area rug cleaning. They just delivered it back today after the 5-10 day promise..it’s been a month. Have called multiple times no one returns calls or answers after multiple messages left. Finally scheduled today for return of CLEANED CARPET!! Could only open an end to look at carpet due to space. Asked a few questions was told he went over it several times and during the conversation revealed he had just started it this morning for the 1st time. In a month!!! Continued to say he added a deodorizer on it and that normally is an up charge, the carpet smells like 5 wet dogs after I unrolled it completely. The carpet was still wet thankfully I moved some furniture and unrolled it completely, can’t imagine what it would of smelled like rolled up and opening it In a few days. While delivery guy who apparently was also the rug cleaner stated he had trouble getting all the cat hair out which was something we discussed on pickup and was told it would not be a problem. He suggested I vacuum several times and to continue to get the hair up get a squigee and scrape the carpet repeatedly to remove the hair. The carpet is covered in hair and when scraping dirt, dander, glitter were all coming out of the carpet. For $300 this is by far the worst professional carpet cleaning I have ever had!!! I do NOT recommend. I asked for a discount due to the lack of communication and not given the 5-10 day return but was told no per a phone call to the owner. Wow great service!!!!

We spent $2,844.06 with this company. We had drapes, sheets and rugs cleaned. We were not able to check the drapes right away when returned because of construction on our house. We opened month and a half later to find a stain on one of the drapes. When we called we were told they were closed in KC for the winter and did not even offer to correct the problem. It would have been nice of them to mention that when they returned the items. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Complete scam! DO NOT SEND YOUR RUGS HERE IF YOU WANT THEM ACTUALLY CLEANED. He did not clean all my rugs. We paid $750 to have 4 area rugs cleaned. He sprayed a disgusting smelling odor eliminator and then tried to say they didn’t clean up well. Little does Chris know there is a large sticker on the back of the rug that would have come off had he fully soaked and cleaned one of the rugs. There is absolutely no way that it would have stayed on this rug. All of our rugs are still in the same condition we sent them to this company in, they just came back smelling 100x more disgusting. He ruined our rugs and now we have to replace them. Note-I peeled up the sticker that would have come off and had water/fading marks.

Unfortunately there are companies that want to scam you and not stand behind the work they do (or didn’t do). We don't even own a 7’ standard sofa or chair. Not sure what records you are looking at but they are wrong! Tech told us step by step what he was going to do for our pet stains. As you can see in pictures not just one pet stain. You can see the difference in the treated cushions and the ones they didn’t touch.These people will rip you off!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMMITMENT! I have filed a BBB complaint. I contacted this cleaning service regarding our cat-damaged leather couch and was assured of prompt resolution. The dispatched technician confirmed the stain's removability. However, upon follow-up inspection, two cushions remained uncleaned. My $600 payment notwithstanding, the service disputed my claim, alleging complete treatment. Photographic evidence was provided, yet no response or resolution has been offered. Regrettably, this experience has failed to meet the advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee, demonstrating poor customer service and an unwillingness to stand behind their work.

I am shopping for carpet cleaners in the area and stumbled upon KC - COIT Services. I saw that they had been in business for 75+ years, and all I can say is EW!!!! After looking at the comments, I am DISGUSTED by the fact that the company actually challenges customers with less than perfect reviews. I have never seen any company rebuttal a customer before so publicly. It's childish and a TERRIBLE look. Pick up the phone and call the customer to work through their complaints and do everything you can to make it right. I will NEVER do business with this company based on their online reviews alone! Let's be honest... do better!!!

We had COIT come out and service our sofa and chair. They quoted $750 because of the pet treatment. We negotiated $600 with no discussion of reduced service. What they treated looked good. They did not do two cushions which I didn’t notice because the pieces I was showed looked surprisingly good. When we complained they said they would have to charge us more to complete the service. We provided pictures and still they wouldn’t stand behind their work. They say we signed that we were satisfied with their work. When I made payment I had to sign twice on a cell phone but was not able to read anything as the service person "forgot" their iPad ( convenient). Don’t count on these people to stand behind their work. I found every promise they made on their website… pricing and warranty to not be the case. In response to your "let’s be honest" comment. There is nothing honest about your response. One chair one sofa is all you serviced. Don’t expect any degree of honesty when dealing with this company… be ware.

Chris did an amazing job on my carpets! I have 5 kids and 2 fur babies which means a ton of stains and smells to tackle. Chris did a walkthrough with me before the cleaning and listened to my concerns with certain stains that I wanted him to address while cleaning. After Chris finished cleaning the carpet, my house looks like it did the day we moved in. Chris was also very knowledgeable and very trustworthy so I was able to do my own thing while he worked. The entire process did not take very long but Chris was extremely thorough and made sure to do a second walkthrough before he left to be sure I was satisfied with the service. When I am ready to clean my tile, I’m most certainly requesting Chris again! It was a great experience and fantastic service!!!!
