I hired Disaster Recovery Pros to clean up water damage and mold remediation in my condo. They were wonderful! Polite, caring, on time, and best of all, they new exactly what they were doing. In fact, they were so good that I hired the other part of their company, Disaster Rebuild Pros to do the construction. I am glad that I did. Disaster Rebuild Pros were awesome. Kim, in the office took care of all the details including permitting. She kept me informed and was there to answer any questions. Dwight was my contractor. He kept the job moving, helped me pick out matrials, and made sure I understood the process. Jim and Randy were the craftsman. They made my place look awesome! They were easy to deal with, cared about my needs, and are very skilled. I can not thank them enough. And finally, Mark installed my shower. It's beautiful. Again, he is respectful, caring, and does beautiful tile work. Thank you all so much!

Mark followed up promptly with a very reasonable quote and scheduled the cleanup immediately—no delays, no hassle. The next day, Gavin and Jordan showed up right on time. Ivan say enough about the work Sterling & Rashad have been doing to restore my home. They work fast explain move items to make it convent for me. after having 3 plumbers working 4 days the to repair the leak plumbers did NOT fix. Sterling & Rashad took out the wall behind the kitchen cabinet tHEY found the leak!!!! Plumber could not find. These guys are so polite explain what’s happening plus reassure me they GOT THIS !! Sterling and Rashad did an awesome job at my house. They got my kitchen and water closet prepped, setting up containment and drying equipment quickly. They answered all my questions and were a pleasure to work with. Communication from Mitch and Brian has been top notch.

Sterling and Nick from Disaster recovery were absolutely amazing. We have water damage in our kitchen cabinets. I was stressed thinking I would have a great big mess. Sterling assessed the situation. He took pictures, measurements etc. He and Nick even moved the refrigerator to see if there was any damage there. Sterling explained step by step the work that needed to be done and the precautions that would be taken. All my questions were answered and I didn’t feel overwhelmed anymore. Sterling and Nick were very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. feel confident they will do a great job.

From the 1st visit from Darrell explaining the process and paperwork, to Rashad & Sterling coming out starting the tear out, and then Zachary coming explaining each step thereafter as the Project Manager for my repair..they all explained things in terms I could understand and were polite, kind and professional. Did the tear out, set up all the equipment and moved our furniture with care. I highly recommend DRP for any disastet or project!

We had a water leak which destroyed our kitchen and our main living room flooring. Disaster recovery pros took an anxiety ridden situation and handled it wonderfully. They helped navigate problems with our insurance and mitigate damages. The initial two individuals who I don’t remember their name who handled our dry out were kind and helpful! The company also remodeled our entire home and we could not be happier. When we ran into issues they handled it immediately and with Grace. They were always on time and the staff became like our second family. Huge shout out to Kim in the office as she went above and beyond in handling everything we needed. Jim and Lou were both absolutely fantastic project managers. They always prioritized what was best for us and constantly had our best interest in mind. Brad was always a joy to work with. Our cabinet contractor Mike did a fabulous job as well as Josh who did our flooring. Carlos did wonderful dry wall and demo work! When we had an issue with the backsplash the tile contractor came back and fixed everything to our satisfaction. I honestly can’t find enough kind and wonderful things to say about this company and the people they have working witching their institution. I highly recommend Attached are before and after photos 🙂
