I would recommend them to any and everyone who finds themselves in an unfortunate disaster situation. Everything was restored and more. They exceeded all expectations with quality, service, support, and timing. My home was saved because of their dedication, commitment, and next level customer service. Contacting Eastern Restoration and Disaster was one of the best things we could have done when we had unexpected water damage in our master bathroom. We knew to call our insurance company to come and look at the damage, but from there we had little clue what to do next. So we reached out to Eastern Restoration and Disaster, and they showed us our options, which included their full help and what we could do on our own. We definitely took their advice and it gave us peace of mind, and they did top quality work. This was the best decision we made during this disaster.

Fantastic work by this company! I had an attic leak that severely damaged the ceiling in my laundry room. Hope and Ethan Dail responded quickly to my needs. They assessed the damage, put in equipment to dry my laundry room and attic space, and were checking the humidity and moisture levels daily to ensure that the area was dry and no new mold was growing. They removed the damaged ceiling and made arrangements for restoration! I was very impressed and satisfied! Will definitely use this company again!

A recent water leak from our roof prompted us to contact Eastern Restoration, and their response was swift and professional. Upon inspection, we learned our roof needed replacement and the interior had sustained damage. Ethan and Hope were outstanding, guiding us seamlessly through every step. An examination of my crawlspace revealed a long term leak and moisture below the bathroom. Estimates from two contractors called for ripping out the bathroom and redoing the entire shower without identifying the cause of the leak with costs in the thousands of dollars. Not satisfied, I called Eastern Restoration for another estimate. I was pleasantly surprised by the methodical approach to identify the source of the leak along with actions to prove their findings and then develop a corrective plan to minimize costs. Ethan and Hope’s approach to business is to ensure the plan will correct the problem and build customer trust and confidence each step of the way while keeping costs under control. The results in my case resulted in an outstanding repair at a fair price and did not require ripping out the shower. Eastern Restoration is the absolute best!! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars -- they deserve 100 stars! Ethan and Hope are angels on earth. They helped us through a major water issue in our home, and we never could have done it without them. They not only come in for the mitigation work, but they coordinate every aspect of the project -- from diagnosis to mitigation and through the complete rebuild. Unlike other companies we got quotes from, Ethan and Hope will provide all of the different contractors for every step of the process, including plumbers, tile installers, drywall repair, paint -- whatever you need, they have people and their people all great!! They are outstanding communicators, answer the phone, work directly with the insurance company, and take on the management of every aspect of the project. They are onsite every day, for every contractor that comes into your home. But the most important thing about them is that they are genuinely caring, compassionate individuals. They understand the stress that homeowners go through when dealing with a major water issue, and they take every step to alleviate your concerns and make it as stress-free as possible. We were under a tight deadline to have our house put back together before guests arrived for the holidays, and they pulled out all the stops to make it happen. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. I would absolutely recommend them -- don't even think about calling another restoration company!

I HIGHLY recommend Eastern Restoration. A hot water heater, from 2 floors above, leaked into my condo, Eastern Restoration was quick to evaluate and work began immediately. At the time, a family member was bedbound, on hospice in my unit. Eastern made every effort to work swiftly and complete the job asap. They went above and beyond to work as quietly as possible and worked on our schedule. Most importantly, the work was excellent. 5 years ago, we used a national company for another condo disaster and it took FOREVER to complete. I wholeheartedly recommend EASTERN RESTORATION.
