I am beyond happy with Ideal Plumbing and their staff. I have been using ideal for 30 years and they continue to be the best at everything they do. Today I had a tankless hot water system installed and the techs Luciano and Pete worked tirelessly getting everything perfect. Tanner was first on the scene with incredible knowledge and answered all of my questions which boosted my confidence in making the decision to change to tankless. The install is a thing of beauty and the area was cleaner then they found it. I would give them 10 star if I could. An excellent team from start to finish.

The technician Michael arrived at an adequate time, his professionalism and care for the property and knowledge with respect to what the job entailed was perfect I couldn’t be more happier. I will be using this company again for any future electrical services and requesting that Michael K be the technician on site again thank you For sending such an expert to do the job.

Outstanding service. A very quick response which had same day replacement of our water heater. I woke up to take a shower, discovered our water heater had called the quits... water everywhere. Well, long story short. Before sundown I was taking a hot shower with a brand new water heater at an extremely fair price. Tanner Meeks did an outstanding job. I had a great experience using Ideal plumbing for a leak I was having in my laundry room. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a great job. I have had only positive experiences using Ideal Plumbing, including the most recent occasion when our water filtration faucet needed replacing. Sounds like an easy task, but in actuality it was a bit challenging because the area under the kitchen sink was crowded with filtration "tubes" and large "drum". Access was difficult. Fortunately, Ideal’s service technician, Joel, was creative and obviously knowledgeable. He found a way to get the job done efficiently. Additionally, he made sure to protect the sink area, leaving it cleaner than he found it and didn’t mind " help" from our inquisitive cat. Joel, was professional yet friendly… just as all of the technicians from Ideal have been when visiting our home. I will not hesitate to call Ideal in the future.

Excellent service! Jonathan and Danny were very knowledgeable about what was happening with our heater. They were very thorough in the estimate and on time when they came to install the part. Not only cleaned up after themselves, but sent us pictures of the old and new parts so we could see how scary it was. I highly highly recommend these men and ideal plumbing!
