We hired Service Pro Electric to hang two fandeliers in our dining room on beams in our vaulted ceiling. Mike communicated so great with us. Let us know when he was coming and was on time. Super happy with Pro-Electic. They updated our electric panel and clean our existing sub panel. Super clean, on time. Coordinated with SDGE and pass all inspections. I highly recommend this company. I had 5 companies come over to give a quote and by far Pro-electric was the best. So glad we went with them. Michael was every informative and respectful. Mike and his team did an outstanding job installing 12 recessed lights in my townhome. From our very first interaction, they were professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. Communication was clear, and they were always informative and helpful every step of the way. The installation itself was no small task—especially with our vaulted ceilings—but they handled it with skill and precision. The final result exceeded my expectations. I recently had Service Pro Electrical upgrade my electrical panel at home. They truly exceeded all of my expectations! I first encountered them while walking in my neighborhood and they were working on another home. I was impressed by how organized they were and how well they worked together. Their work vehicle had a contact number and I sent them a text right away. I received a reply that day, and was scheduled for a home estimate. The estimate I received was far lower than any other estimate; and their professionalism, honesty and experience really sealed the deal, which earned my trust. The work was done to perfection. It came out better than I expected. There was clear communication from start to finish. I've never encountered this with any other contractor. The crew was very easy to work with. They explained the whole process while ongoing. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good this about this company and will definitely use them in the future for all my electrical needs.

We had Service Pro Electrical install our ChargePoint Home Flex hardwired EV charger. Other electricians told us that adding a subpanel or getting a 240V plug in an inconvenient area with lower amps than the hardwired charger would be our only options. Michael M. came to look at our panel and said they could rewire our panel and install the hardwired charger without having to add a subpanel. He said they could install the charger in the preferred area of our driveway. They were also much more reasonably priced than other electricians we got quotes from. They were able to do the work a week later, they were punctual, did great work, and cleaned up after the work was done. They were also kind enough to install a lockbox over the charger we had bought. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend them.

I contacted Mike at Service Pro electrical and ask for a quote on replacing my outdated and unsafe electrical panel. He was able to quote me a price after I sent him a couple of pictures of my panel & reviewing them. I had 5 total quotes and Mike came in right in the middle but he was top notch with guiding me through the process and coordinating permit pull, scheduling SDG&E for power shutoff and turn on after the panel replacement! Mike and his team were able to complete the job and have power restored to my house in only 5 hours! Amazing once you know how much work goes into the panel upgrade. Of course I plan on using Service Pro Electrical on my entire home electrical needs moving forward as Mike and his teams are true professionals and craftsmen.
