RE:  Point Loma Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air The entire crew was nothing short of AMAZING!!! This company is highly professional, accommodating, thorough, and personable, starting with the Project Estimators, to the Office Manager, to the installers. I especially appreciated how they worked with me to understand my needs and prioritize and price the most critical work, creating a sound, win-win plan of action. They also overdelivered with several unexpected "extras."  In addition, they were incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. All team members worked well independently, but also flawlessly coordinated with each other in a highly efficient manner, when necessary.  I would recommend Point Loma Electric & Plumbing without reservation, and in fact, have already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors.

Justin and Ricky installed a new HVAC system for my house. The new system is fantastic and they were so professional, knowledgeable, and just really nice guys. I think they left my house and yard cleaner than they found it. The quote and project info was straightforward and transparent. They made me feel like they were working on their own houses. Thank you Point Loma Electric for everything and for getting us an AC in 3 days to boot.

Raphael was very professional and congenial during the installation of the new Moen Flo water leak detection and shut off device. He was very quick and cleaned up his work area when he finished. We appreciate his performance very much. Thank you Update: the Moen Flo device is not working due to a manufacturing defect. I am still waiting for a replacement part to be received and installed by the plumber. Moen says it will take over 2 weeks to ship from Las Vegas unless I am willing to pay expedited shipping, Raphael thinks he can get it expedited by Point Loma Plumbing. I will update when I hear definitively a solution. Final solution: Moen sent a replacement for the internal flow meter, Raphael installed it this morning and after connecting it back to the WiFi, it’s working. Thank you

We had an 40 year old wall furnace replaced. It was super easy to make an appointment, super quick to knock out the work (less than a day!), and we had super outstanding technicians (Carlos and Bernie were great)! 10/10 would recommend (and we will certainly be using Point Loma again for future projects).

Point Loma review.. Thankful I called Point Loma Electric heating & AC with our non-functioning AC @ the peak of Summer 2025. I was glad they gave us the soonest schedule available. Nick was the technician who initially assessed our aged AC system. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable & has the patience to explain the HVAC system. He was very nice, trustworthy & straightforward w/ the pricing. We were not pressured on our decision. Miguel & Bernie who did the installation on 9/5/25 were also good, knowledgeable & fast, completing the work in one day. Carlos, was the other technician who came fast the following day to check on the attic fan cause it was running overnight. He did a great job trouble shooting then fixed the issue as soon then replaced our old thermostat! Thank you Point Loma for the great service & reasonable pricing! I will definitely recommend you to friends & relatives!

Nathan has done a wonderful job on our bathroom sink pops and P trap. He also very carefully installed an anti scale device to be with our newly installed Water Heater. A young gentleman with knowledge and skill in plumbing. Very friendly very helpful. One suggestion to your company: you may mark price high to LaJolla residents. But please do not mark too high, that is very UNFAIR. After the work, I talked to Heather. I am happy that she understands my concerns. Point Loma EPHA is a good company. But it has a room to improve. The job number one is to gain consumers’ trust through excellent services at reasonable prices.

Needed someone to help me with a knob and tube removal and rewire for my 115 year old Craftsman house. Started asking and calling places/people for a few quotes, etc... Got the impression it wasn't a job most were interested in, because it can be hard. Called these guys and they were like yes we do that. Aaron the estimator came out to look things over. Took id say almost 90 minutes looking at things with me. Didn't rush through the estimate. Which I appreciated! Enough time to write up a guestimate. I had a very good vibe communicating with him. Could tell he was experienced. The quote imo was fair. The warranty they offer on the work to me was impressive also. Talked to my wife that afternoon and we told him we were going to cancel our other estimate to price compare, etc. Felt that good about going with Aaron. Aaron said he was going to send his A team to do the job. Needed guys to maneuver in a tight crawl space and attic. A few days later Aaron showed up with Lalo and Pedro to do a walk through before starting the job. They finished in 2.5 days. Lalo and Pedro were VERY professional. Could tell they were mindful of concerns, requests I had. Aaron, Lalo and Pedro all had pleasant confident demeanors and I felt like they cared about the job they were going to do. Lalo and Pedro left my house nice and tidy each time they left. Impressive for such a dirty job. It was my first time using Point Loma electrical plumbing heating and air. I won't even hesitate when I need any other work for the house. I will be calling this company first easily. Especially if the other employees carry themselves and do good work like these three. They are the A+ team that rewired my old house and I'll never forget the job they did. Thanks Aaron, Lalo and Pedro. You did a VERY good job. tim 1st
